Great Product with a great Delivery Service

Excellent selection and excellent products.
Very fast delivery

Item not received no means of contacted them they do not respond to emails and do not answer the phone, they have a second phone number but that is a premium number.
There registered Address on Company House is a rental fake tax evasion Address.
They have taken my Money given me a tracking number that does not work and I will have to open a dispute with my bank after 14 days to do a charge back.
The only communication I have had from them is emails asking to rate them

I used to recommend transatlantic.co.uk after a previous hassle free purchase of good kit, however that’s all gone to pot.

As it stands I’m still waiting for a good chunk of my order. I’m 6 working days (8 standard days) on from my order, (next day delivery) I’ve called them everyday, I’ve contacted via there site contact is forms with full details (order and shipment references, tracking numbers) requesting information. The phone just rings off the hook, all day everyday and the only contact I’ve had back is this request to review my order and automated discounting emails inviting me to order more stuff. Which to me implies they think this jobs done? Who knows.

While I understand things can go wrong, being entirely uncontactable in any form isn’t a good look. I continue to await *any* form of contact, which is all I want other than what I paid for. Unexpectedly Out of stock? Fell off the lorry? Paperwork gone missing? Never had the goods? Unexpected delays? Staff sickness? Gone into administration? Who knows.

Don’t expect to hear where your stuff has gone if it isn’t sent in the timeframe you pay for. Kinda sad really, I liked the site, decent kit.

Very good quality item and very competitive price. The item i purchased was a Mil tec leather flying jacket. The delivery sevice was prompt and very good. Rebecca was very helpful when i rang her for information re the item

Ordered and paid for a charcoal jacket, next day got email , don’t have charcoal now,pick another colour, didn’t have to to mess about with refund so went for black to go with my 4 other black jackets, other than that they did there best

I ordered a CWU jacket that was too big. I returned it and asked for a smaller size, It came within the week. Good result.

Item was delivered FREEPOST next day with full tracking info provided,
I cannot fault this company and their excellent customer services dept - superb in every way.
