I had a very good experience with the transport team during my furniture move. The entire process was smooth, well-coordinated, and handled professionally.
The helpers were especially kind, polite, and efficient. They made sure everything was moved safely and with care, which I really appreciated.

I had a very good experience with Transcopen. I booked 16m3 truck with two men. Both of them were very efficient in handling all the items - no time wasted. They also helped me dispose washing machine and dryer along with other heavy goods. Communication was easy and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone looking to move or dispose their stuff

They arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Everything was handled with care and the move went faster than expected. Very smooth experience.

I contacted several moving companies, and while their prices are very competitive, their service lacks professionalism. We agreed on a rate of 700 DKK/hr for two movers. Unfortunately, the first mover arrived 20 mins late, and the second mover was 1 hr late.

At the time of booking, I requested that the larger furniture be disassembled and wrapped for protection during transportation. However, on moving day, the movers did not have the necessary tools or protective sheets for the job. When I reached out to their manager, I was informed that they had issues with the truck and had to make changes, which left them without all the tools and materials. This should not be our responsibility. At the end we disassembled the furniture by ourselves while they moved other boxes. I cannot image if we don't have our own tools. I even had to sacrifice my curtain to wrap around my wood table and quickly wrap my chairs in bubble wrap, which was quite challenging and stressful on the day of moving.

Additionally, the company estimated 4 hours of work for our apartment, but it ultimately took 8.5 hours.

Overall, while the pricing was attractive, the lack of professionalism and communication significantly impacted our moving experience.

Excellent and efficient service. They picked up a heavy bed sofa purchased from Facebook marketplace, we did not have to meet the sellers at pickup location and they carried the sofa at the sellers living room, and delived in our living room. Under 1h.

I have used their service multiple times and I must say that I have never got any issues.. They arrive on time and do the work very responsibily. They are very cooperative and their prices are quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend their service :)

During the three months of living in Copenhagen, the most difficult were the days of the move. But thanks to TransCopen, everything turned out to be not difficult at all! It turned out that the car can be found even in the shortest possible time. You can order a car without loaders when only the driver arrives. If you need help with loading, the guys will do everything in the best possible way.

I really liked that in addition to the transportation service, I enjoyed communicating with people working in the company. All the most serious issues are resolved very quickly and simply. When transporting things, the guys work quickly and efficiently.

I needed urgent help transporting a machine from a store to home address on a Sunday. We agreed the details via sms. The van was at my address right on time. The driver was very polite and spoke really good English. He helped with everything as agreed and we were back at my home address in under an hour. All this for less than a round trip would cost me by taxi and at half the price of similar companies. We wholeheartedly recommend Transcopen and we will definitely use their services in future.
