Account restricted withdrawing same money you previously deposited

My account got restricted by basically depositing and trying to withdraw 62 Euros (my own money previously deposited). I opened a Ticket (#33762632) and no reply yet. How would a service restrict your account because you try to withdraw just 62 Euro, the same money you previously deposited?

Can't wait to get my money back and close the account (though I don't trust them giving my money back). Thankfully I didn't deposit more. I tried WISE and zero problems withdrawing. You have been warned about Skrill, stay away.

Skrill are a TRUE SCAMMERS

DON'T LET FAKE OR INVITED REVIEWS SCAMMING YOU.
Skrill are a true SCAMMERS!
Simply they suspended my account permanently after using for 5 days, And they set my account pending closure until i withdraw my money 2620 USD from it,
There's only 2 Withdrawal options available, Bank or Card withdrawal.
I tried 17 times to withdraw my money and they keep cancel all of it automatically.
Withdrawal transactions are (6963427335, 6965772477, 6965787735, 6965874203, 6965888999, 6965919282, 6967091559, 6967092646, 6967206529, 6967314656, 6968009184, 6968061862, 6969206989, 6971891152, 6976022849, 6976030728, 6978930942)
From 12 April i try everyday to withdraw between different banks or cards but all withdrawals got cancelled by Skrill themselves, Not by any bank because all banks confirmed there's no upcoming or declined transactions.
My money stuck in Skrill for no reason.
My account was Silver VIP tier, So i called them through my caller ID and Agent called Vanya responded and kept apology about it and asked me to wait the respond from the relevant team.
After one single hour this Vanya removed my Silver VIP status then sent me a message say that's the card get declined and suggested some reasons for these declines, she didn't provide a specific answer about this decline.
Then said bank withdrawal get declined because Skrill blocked my account from bank withdrawals!! (SO HOW CAN I GET MY F#$@!@#$G MONEY???)

No one get scam by their fake and invited reviews.
Newbies who make 1 or 2 transactions and get invited to share a good reviews didn't have an idea how they will get suffer later.

This digital wallet is a complete scam

This digital wallet is a complete scam. I didn’t even want to open an acct. to start with, I was attempting to make an online purchase and ended up with a Skrill acct. After I realized my money was in a digital wallet I attempted to just spend it at racetrack, 711, and even Walmart, none of which except this joke for a wallet! Then the Skrill Account was closed and I had to spend over 20 hours with claims department with 2 different banks to get 100$ back. I DON’T WISH THIS HEADACHE! DO NOT USE SKRILL!!!
