EYE LIFTING in a Tube
Not sure I should use this as I really need it for my droopy eyelids & maybe it’s too close to eyes especially as I’musing steroids for an inflamed eyeball!

Disappointed Long Time User
I have been a user and fan of this product for a very long time, originally buying it in Australia then from the UK. With my last shipment, I saw that the packaging of the product had changed and you now have to push a button to deliver the correct amount. Firstly, the 2 eye gels I got did not do this. I had to press the button numerous times to get one application. To top it off, one day I pushed the button and it no longer worked yet I could still feel product in there when I shook it. This happened with both my gels. Very, very disappointed and reading some of the other reviews looks like I am not alone. Yes I read the Covid response as to why the applicators were changed, but please listen to your loyal customers!!!

However, we realise it is not meeting high enough standards that you deserve.
We'd like to send you a replacement or, if you prefer, offer you the Marine Miracle EyeZone, our eye cream which helps with puffiness, dark circles, and fine lines with a lightweight, easily absorbed cream-gel, providing an alternative to the applicator pens. 4 star for delivery but products are excellent
Giving it 4 star as the delivery took longer than it should, but Caroline was fantastic and sorted it out such a lovely lady. The products are fantastic I have sensitive skin especially around the eye and applying these products are so nice and light I highly recommend them Xx

Beautiful product
Bought this for the first time in duty free, euros left so thought I would try something new.
So glad I did. The marine cream is fantastic. I have dryish mature skin. This just sinks in so quickly, non greasy. I really feel it's made a difference.
So much so that I bought some for my friends birthday, ordered through the company directly it arrived promptly and a cloth covering bag was included. A small thing but so impressive when it's a gift.

It was not noticed that import fees…
It was not noticed that import fees would be charged for non UK customers. Bad surprise : as a French customer, I had to pay 20% import fees, that is 23€ ! If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered. Too expensive at least !

Hi Laurent, sadly we have no control over your countries import duties BUT please note we remove VAT at 20% for all overseas customers to allow for the average import cost. I am also pleased to advise that we have now partnered with Amazon in the EU so this may be a better choice for you in future as we wouldn't want you to be without your Transformulas products.
