Accurate translation and very fast processing

Excellent service. Fast, reliable, and very easy to work with. They provided support across multiple countries, which was incredibly helpful, and the turnaround time was impressive without compromising quality. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional translation services.

The very confidential and important documents I sent on line for the translation job were never translated, it took many weeks and lots of messages in whasapp and by email, back and forth from different agents who probably are all working remotely and don't communicate between each others, I had to repeat the same request many times.
They seem to ask me the same questions about what I want and the billing was way above what the website shows when checking out, the experience was very negative and misleading.
Then at some point some agent sent me a message asking me if I can be an agent and make money out of the scheme, I was shocked and could not believe it.
They are here for the money without giving any real service.
The translation is completely lost between translators and it took them many requests to refund me.

I required a Bulgarian Birth Certificate to be translated into French - each time I received a message to review and approve, corrections were sent to a different translator and mistakes were made again and again - 80 messages later and 10 days behind schedule with my having repeadily provided correct name spellings and nationality - I received the final translation. The only good thing is communication which is easy and fast - via email, the site or whatsapp. but the service is crap

This is the worst company i have encountered in a long time.
First of all they state one page in EUR on their website but we were charged almost 13 eur more than agreed and it says we were charged in a different currency.

Secondly they delivered LATE which caused tons of issues for us.

Thirdly once they actually delivered it was full of mistakes.
Also they have a fake Trustpilot sticker on their website and have apparently violated their guidelines.
STAY AWAY!

Used Translayte for our Spanish visas, what a fantastic service!! Sent photographs of the items required by standard service and within hours I received the translations. Highly recommend!!

I am incredibly impressed with the service from Translayte. "Impossible" is not in their vocabulary; from the very first moment, they proactively thought along with me and looked for solutions.

I required highly complex medical translations from Dutch to Greek. Not only were these executed with extreme precision, but the entire process was also completed within 3 days. The accuracy of the translators is truly admirable.

While they might not be the cheapest on the market, they are without a doubt the best. The combination of expertise and unprecedented speed makes them worth every penny. My compliments to the entire team and the translators for this top-tier service!

I had a very disappointing experience with Translayte (Order #271513). The main issue wasn’t the translation itself — it was the overall service quality and handling of official documents.

The documents were shipped in inadequate packaging (soft envelope, not a rigid document mailer) and arrived severely creased/damaged. I raised the issue immediately and requested proper “document-safe” packaging for any re-shipment. Despite multiple complaints and escalations, the problem happened again and the replacement arrived in even worse condition.

Communication was also frustrating and repetitive, with lots of “we escalated it” responses but no effective corrective action. After giving the company more than enough opportunities to fix it, I had to proceed via PayPal to recover the payment.

If you need certified/official documents handled professionally and shipped properly, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I required a document to be translated and shipped to me with the highest urgency: same day translation, next day delivery of the document. It was not cheap. Unfortunately, the document did not arrive with me until over three weeks later. To their credit, Translayte ultimately accepted responsibility for having sold me next-day shipping (when it was apparently not possible) and offered to reimburse me for the shipping costs. While this didn't meet the urgent need I had, I appreciate the gesture. The actual translation was very quick and easy and met expectations.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. While the staff were polite and did eventually deliver the service, the overall process was frustrating and unacceptable.

I cancelled my order just an hour and a half after placing it because I realised I was missing some important documents. Despite contacting the company promptly, there appears to be no real cancellation policy in place. My request was completely ignored, and the service was delivered hours later anyway — along with a very expensive fee.

For the price being charged, this lack of flexibility and customer consideration is unreasonable. The service is significantly overpriced, especially given that cancellations are not properly acknowledged or accommodated.

I would not recommend this company. If you are looking for official translators with faster turnaround times and far more reasonable pricing, I strongly suggest checking out Tridiom.com. They charge less than half of what this company does and provide a much more transparent service.

I genuinely wish I had known this before placing my order, as with this company, once you pay, you effectively cannot cancel.

I had a positive experience with translayte which I picked based on most competitive price.
I needed a sworn translation of my birth certificate into English, uploaded, paid & got my document back in a matter of hours.
I also asked to pay for the delivery of the physical certificate and they were kind enough to let me know that in my particular case it would be the same if I printed it at home, so extra points for not taking my money needlessly. The translation was correct and complete, the process was quick and convenient, and their team are very responsive on email and Whatsapp.

The translation was accurate, professionally presented, and well priced. I was especially impressed by how quickly the documents were delivered, even before the expected timeframe. Thank you for your excellent support and service.

This is fake not real and not acceptable I applied from this website they take my money and didn’t send my documents it’s almost 1 month even I applied for urgent and pay aid 50 eur even they didn’t reply my request and they didn’t pay back my money I send here so many emails ..because of this fake website my documents are refused please don’t trust on this🙏🙏🙏🙏
