I used Translayte services on multiple occasions for administrative services. I am impressed with their responsiveness and care towards the urgency of the documents. The first time I needed the translated document to be send to my partner in a different country, Translayte team took that into account and handled it like champions. Even when sometimes I needed to rectify a document, they would kindly re-translate it.
However, my last order wasn't a good experience, I chose urgent service and they stalled the translation and misunderstood the task.

They have helped me by providing very quickly a high quality translation by a sworn translator.Highly recommended!

I used this service to translate official documents for submission to the Thai Embassy in London. Unfortunately, both documents were rejected because key elements (including names and addresses) were not fully translated into Thai, which resulted in inconvenience and a wasted trip.

There were also concerns about the quality of the translation.

After further correspondence, the company has now issued a full refund.

The sworn translation was supposed to be completed by last January, 28th 2026 and then shipped via mail to my address (paid for the service). Till date I didn’t receive the translation copies via mail; Translayte’s customer service keeps on telling me that I will get a tracking number within 24 hours when I call them, which doesn’t happen; no one seems to know where the physical copies are. Very frustrating and unprofessional service!

After losing a parent on holiday outside of the UK, I required a certified translation of a 2-page German death certificate for HMRC purposes in the UK, which was a requirement of the county registrar. Having reviewed a number of websites for similar services Translayte appeared to be the most straight forward, secure in the exchange of confidential information, and also competitively priced. Whilst I opted for the Standard 3 day service my documents were available in less than 24hrs, presented clearly and professionally and fully certified.

I must first acknowledge that the marketing was persuasive; however, the service delivered was fraudulent. We explicitly requested a Turkish translation that would be accepted by Turkish authorities. When we attempted to use the documents, they were rejected as unauthorized. Turkish authorities confirmed the translations lacked stamps from officially authorized sworn translators.

We then contacted the Turkish embassy regarding attestation and were explicitly told that the company was not authorized and that the service was invalid. Further investigation revealed that the translation was produced using Google Translate. The individual involved admitted this, stating the document was then notarized and apostilled. While thepaperwork may appear "legal" on the surface, the output is invalid and unusable for any official process in Turkiye.

Despite promises of embassy-accepted attestation, the company is not legally authorized to provide such services. Their own apostille provider states on its own website that it has no authorization for Turkiye.

I paid £210 for a service that was not delivered, received no response from customer service, delayed despite paying for urgency, and ultimately received documents that are unusable and fraudulent. This is a complete misrepresentation of services and, in effect, a scam.

Horrible quality of translation, reads like google translate to be honest. Many mistakes, lazy formatting in word - had to correct the entire document myself.

Translayte generally provides fast and reasonably priced translations. In this case, the translated document itself was accurate. However, the certification was inadequate: the front-page certification contained misspellings and included untranslated content. These deficiencies rendered the document unusable for my intended purpose because they reflected poorly on the overall quality of the translation.

Scam! First they cheated me with the price. (Tripled it! For a single plastic card's translation...) Then they didn't even meet the deadline. In the end it turned out that they weren't even capable of what they had undertaken. For example, their work is not at all suitable for applying for a Dubai driving license with it. They do all this by confirming and approving everything on chat. (the customer service is not 0-24 either) beware of them!
