The product looks good and comes with…
The product looks good and comes with good recommendations, although it's not installed yet. The only issue I had, which is quite a big one, was that it was delivered to the wrong address. Whoever printed the label for the box put someone else's address on it. I tried contacting you via the online chat but didn't get any response. I managed to track down the package using google streetview and it was at the other end of the road. The person had to open the box to find out the address on the delivery note which was correct. Delivered by DHL so not sure if it was their mistake or the company's as it was correct on my order.
