Refund of 400 USDT delayed for over 30 days
I paid 400 USDT for a booking through Travala. After a compliance review, I completed all requested verification steps and provided a verified USDT deposit address from a regulated exchange, as required.
The refund was approved, and I was informed the case had been escalated to higher management. However, more than 30 days have now passed, and I have not received the funds. No transaction hash (TXID) has been provided, and repeated follow-ups resulted only in assurances that the team would “speed it up.”
At this point, the refund remains unprocessed despite full compliance on my side.
I am requesting immediate processing of the refund and issuance of a valid TXID confirming the transfer.

Easy way to use crypto for travel
Travala is a proper usecase for crypto, which is kind of rare. It's an easy way to directly use your btc, ava and many more crypto currencies.
The booking engine works smoothly, just like any other big engine (booking, skyscanner). Prices are competitive. I've been using it for years without any problems. And so should you :)
Update: the way loyal customers are treated is a slightly different story. Long term investors are suddenly confronted with terms that are drastically changed (not in their favour) in exchange for a 'merch pack'.
So, still great as a product, but not so trustworthy as a company to invest in.
