Partially ? Part of the Process
Ordering on line was easy, picking up the various currency was seamless as well, although I would have rathered had the money counted not directly on the top counter in front of me, whilst other people were walking in straight behind me. Normally the money would be counted on the lower counter which I could still see - didn't feel particularly safe this time round.

Being greeted on arrival was great
Being greeted on arrival was great. However I had pre-ordered my currency, and had to wait in que for 45 minutes to collect it, as other people were ordering at time of visit. I think if there was an express service, for people who have ordered on line, just there for pick up, it would be a much nicer experience.

It's been a good experience but I've noticed i may have this wrong but I can't use a bank account to transfer money into travelex only cards. Is this correct. My apologies if I'm wrong. Otherwise very happy with it.

Convenient Travelex Card
I have now used my Travelex Card in 3 countries. I have found it a very convenient way to use money overseas and being able to load my card prior to travel and then transfer from one country's currency to another to be very convenient. I also save on bank fees.

An outstanding experience for the working professional who can't often get time off work to do the things that need to be done. Thank you for the clear communication. Great customer service
I had phoned through to the Waikanae Travelex before driving 55kms. My queries were throughly explained and the currency in denominations I needed to purchase were on hand and offered to put on hold until my arrival.
Naomi was very pleasant, friendly and kindly assisted and resolved an error I had made.
I would definitely use this Travelex branch again because of her service.
