Travelkon returning customer here. Been using TK for so long now because it just works. There maybe cheaper alternatives out there, but I don't bother to check anymore. When you find a good repeating product, you don't muck around, especially when it can be important like SIM/eSIM. You don't want to be stuck overseas with no comms. Last purchase was for Indonesia/Bali use. Works like a charm as usual. Your communication to questions was also highly commended. Thanks guys for a great product and hope you keep up the good work!

Arrived in London had some issues with esim but messaged 24 hour help line and had an answer nearly instantly the person at the other end sorted my problem within in a minute then as I travelled around Europe my esim worked well the whole way just changing providers for each area you don't have to do anything just keep using it great price for the data you get thanks tavelkon

Brought an eSIM for Bali. Loaded it onto my phone & activated 2 days before leaving. Arrived in Bali, turned on my phone, switched to the eSIM and had no issues for the rest of the holiday. Easy to purchase, easy to use and no problems at all.

I had problems when I first landed in Indonesia, I couldn’t connect to the local network. When I got WiFi , I messaged Travelkon, they were super quick in responding and helping me out. Turns out it was a simple fix, I forgot to turn on data roaming for Travelkon esim. Ret of the holiday I had no issues, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.
