I travel a lot and I started using Travelkon in mid-2025 and will never go back to another travel sim provider. So much better than those scam e-SIM companies that all the influencers promote that are so expensive.
Travelkon use proper networks in destination countries and have great customer service, perfect instructions for set up, and they always have great deals around EOFY and Black Friday sales.

Used travelkon for our e-sim application in 2 trips, Vietnam and Bali. Very affordable, would highly recommend the service was great, no interruptions and will be continuing to use for our overseas trips in future!

Selecting and purchasing my eSIM plan was super easy. Pricing was very competitive also.
I had used another brand on a previous trip and had all sorts of issues (it was probably me, not the eSIM) So I was worried that I’d have issues again. When I got to my destination, the eSIM didn’t work at first but I received a notification telling me what to do (turn on data roaming). From that moment onwards it worked with no issues! I would not hesitate to use Travelkon for my next holiday.

Purchasing and installing the e-sim was easy enough, but the actual internet connection was so poor that I could barely load a single webpage, let alone call people on Whatsapp/Messenger etc.

Worked as expected, no issues at all.

Easy setup and no issues with connection while overseas

Trouble free eSIM.

Purchased a few eSims and physical sim for the family travelling through Europe. The cards were 3UK and while in Paris/Singapore and few other countries, Data connection was great. No issues in connecting to the roaming provider, fast speed.
However when using in UK, native to 3UK provider, data connection varies, particularly in crowded places. While receiption is in full bar, google map wont even load and says I am offline. This is purely 3UK issue not travelKon.

I purchased 4 Asia sims to for my family to use while in Thailand and Singapore. Price was excellent compared to other brands which meant I could get all our family a sim for pretty much the price of one in other brand. So easy to install and no issues at all changing between countries. Would not hesitate to purchase for our next trip. Thank you

I had to cancel one of the eSIMs I bought prior to leaving due to no longer being required.
I found customer service very prompt snd helpful with replying to emails and arranging my eSIM cancellation.
I have not used my eSIM but I chose this company due to all the positive reviews left by other users.
