How can so many people who work with Easyjet get it so wrong? This is about 5 times I have written, and each time they ask for flight ref/booking ref, which I have already replied to and given. The... See more

DO NOT TOUCH THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY IF…
DO NOT TOUCH THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO STAY SANE. THEY CANCEL FLIGHTS AT THE LAST MINUTE, PROMISE YOU (VERBALLY) THAT THEY WILL PAY FOR ACCOMMODATION, TRAVEL EXPENSES, FOOD AND DRINK.
YOU SUBMIT AN ACCURATE CLAIM AND THEY TOTALLY IGNORE IT AND EXPECT YOU TO ACCEPT A FRACTION OF THE EXPENSES YOU HAVE INCURRED. I AM TAKING THEM TO COURT!!!

I was booking on the website for a two night break to Venice which I always book an early flight out and a late flight home this ensures we have as much time as possible. I noticed about an hour later they changed the flight out to a landing in the evening 😤 so I called straight away they said I would have to cancel it and rebook. Ok so I did. I got part of my money paid back to my card but now I’m waiting for the deposit credit to be put onto my account so I can pay the remaining balance on the rebooked holiday. It’s been over two weeks now and I have to pay this balance this week!! Think it’s a con i have spoken with them many times and they are rude and unhelpful!! So I will have to pay the balance and I will have £120 credit note which to be fair after this experience I would begrudge booking through them again!!!
If you do not do transit why people can buy your ticket online
The transit never showed up, customer support is non-existent
I try to go to Iran from the UK with this scam company the transit was in turkey the passing port didn't let me go for no reason, I lost a lot of money for my fly and my holiday, do not use this scam company

No ice for drinks on outbound and inbound flight I took from Luton to Barcelona. And the inbound night flight was far from relaxing. In seats 1A and 1B we were blinded by a bright white LED light in the area where the flight attendants were faffing around. And they kept it on the whole time. Thoughtless.

Baggage reclaim problem
We took the wrong bag of carousel and only realised next day. We returned the bag to Gatwick in hope of finding ours. A charming young man called Assad (I think) could not have been more helpful and kind. He dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently and we now have our bag. Thank you!
Didn’t even get on holiday
Didn’t even get on holiday. 2 years ago, still fighting for our refund when we was advised to isolate due to lock down rules have a chronic condition and was unable to travel, their booking conditions outlined this does not apply. So this discrimination do not fly with then
Last minute cancellation by EasyjetI booked a special holiday for two…
I booked a special holiday for two family birthdays and a 50th wedding aniversry in Sicily well in advance in the Autumn of 2001. We were due to fly out Monday 30thMay 2022 at 5-50 in the morning.
I received an e-mail this afternoon Friday 28th May saying the flight was cancelled giving an 'apology' - 'for any inconvenience this may cause you'. It does in a big way - finding another flight, different day, not direct and significantly more expensive, the villa costs have changed the parking arrangements changes and the hire car changes. Hardly 'may cause inconvenience' it does cause major inconvenience and cost. No recompence - what a shower.

I spoke to Debbie on 24th May 2022 at 8:50pm, who had poor customer service and her tone or expression over the phone suggested unwillingness to help with booking process.
When I asked for her name she was hesitant to give it. While I was explaining she cut the phone which I was holding for 40 mins. Please listen to recording & give Debbie customer service training. Poor service.
Truly fed up with airlines
Truly fed up with airlines, travel insurance and low cost anything. After charging 50 euros for a suitcase and 15 for a seat and then 2/3 value of the flight to cancel within 24hours (I assumed wrongly that all airlines had to respect a rule that meant you could cancel a flight if you made a mistake) maybe a few more euros for speedy booking I'm just waiting for the next reason to charge us more money...how about different quality cabin oxygen? You could charge for different quality depending on tine of the year and virus permitting sanitised. I'm sure Ryan air is already thinking about it.
Boycott Easyjet
The most horrendous experience with Easyjet. 1 hr 30 minutes delay on 3rd May Gatwick north to Alicante. As if this was not enough on 10th May returning from Alicante, I got fined 30 euro because some inspector from easyjet was of the opinion my luggage was not conformed when I have had said luggage for years travelling in and out of Gatwick with different airlines ... I was treated worse than a criminal as my card was not working on the ATM and I could only pay with cash. Is that how you treat your customers? To crown it all I also read Easyjet was in breach of customers data in 2020 .... Boycott the airline so they understand customers need RESPECT I'll take my custom elsewhere.
Easyjet does this constantly
Easyjet does this constantly - charging passengers extra for baggage on return trips home - it's a con and you're trapped as you can't do anything at the airport.
Why can't Easyjet be 'Honest' and 'up front'? Pay for the tick that includes baggage's - it's not rocket science. We'll never use them again and that's lost revenue for them in a time the travel industry NEEDS customers.
Do Not Book Early
Last October we had booked, and paid, for flight only seats on an early morning flight from Bristol to Tenerife on a Tuesday in April. In November, we received an email saying that the flight had been cancelled and our booking had been moved to Wednesday. As we were only going for a week, this meant that our holiday would be cut to six days. We decided to cancel and were refunded very quickly. A couple of weeks later I just happened to see that the flight was still be advertised and the prices had risen considerably. So beware of booking early for a flight, you may get cancelled if EasyJet can sell your seat for more later.
Never book holiday with Easyjet Holidays
Never book a holiday with Easyjet Holidays ! I booked a holiday in May 2021 for our first holiday in 2 years for Xmas 2021 paid a deposit of £120 for 2 people. Unfortunately we had to cancel the holiday due to illness but was told by phone that we could use the £120 towards our next holiday. In Jan 2022 i tried booking a new holiday and the credit of £120 was not showing on my Easyjet Holidays account. Tried calling Easyjet Holidays more than 10 x to find out why the credit wasnt showing. Eventually gave up and have booked the holiday with another company but now i want my £120 back. Impossible no-one answers the phone or reply to my emails. On their website that have something called "PRICE PROMISE" this isnt true ! Ive now complained to ABTA - i will NEVER book a holiday with Easyjet Holidays - they have stole my money & i dont see why they should hold on to my £120 deposit if they cant provide the credit they promised
Nightmare!
Nightmare!
I’ve booked a package holiday through Lastminute.com and had two amazing flights with easyJet- great times, fit our schedule perfectly!
Oh how I was wrong- I have just been sent the pre-check in email to see that, no only has my outbound flight changed but so has my inbound one! I’ll be honest the outbound one is still in the correct day and would cut a huge chunk of the first day but we would still be there.
But the second! Ridiculous, over 24 hours before our original flight! Not even an option to talk to an advisor to see why we were even allowed to book on a flight that DIDNT EXSIST.
I would never recommend using easyJet for Amsterdam, stick with the trusty KLM!

Like vultures if you don't have a speedy pass they'll clobber you £25 at the gate. Starting to make Ryanair look normal. Rude staff to boot.

My sister was denied to enter in the plane, Lyon to London Gatwick, to be my NOK for my eye surgery ( blind) on 20/12/20, even with a Consultant letter. They said could not read. Amazing..
Sugery needs rebooking with all nefast consequences.
I had to move flights 3 times during…
I had to move flights 3 times during Covid, and did so easily with Zero extra admin or flight costs to move them, try doing that with Ryanair!
When we did fly they try their best to make everyone comfortable even if we were all wearing masks, had a coffee and muffin which was nice.
Now the bad part....When returning there were several old couples struggling to fill in the locator form on laptops, and the staff were going to just leave them there in Spain to take off on time from an empty airport. We are British and we don't leave people behind, especially old and infirm, where is that spirit when this crew and most of the passengers were happy to just leave these old people in Spain. :-(
People power - Boycott EasyJet
Finally got through to EasyJet and asked for a refund for my Geneva flight, quoting their 'Travel Restriction Protection' policy, valid on flights to December 31, to be told 'Our policy has changed'. No refunds, No vouchers. Only options are to change to another flight or cancel and pay a fee, which is no doubt around £50, but was so furious that I didn't ask.
Avoid like the plague.
SLEAZY JET
Now I know why everyone calls them sleazy jet. Charge me £24 to take a tiny suit case on the plane “because it has wheels and won’t fit under the seat” gets on the plane fits under the seat perfectly. Not that a single person on the entire plane put their bag under the seat. Everyone used an overhead baggage compartment like you would on any flight. So why do I need to pay to use an overhead compartment but nobody else on the plane does!? You guys must be on the verge of liquidation because this is one of the lowest, scummy money making tactics I’ve ever witnessed. Absolutely disgusting, even your own staff couldn’t give me a valid answer and I could tell they were even embarrassed enforcing this. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Worst airline company I’ve ever flown with that’s for sure no wonder why they’re barely scraping 1 star on trust pilot… clowns.
