Same day money. Fail. Shop open as advertised. Fail. Return calls. Fail. Apparently the manager failed to update year end trading times. If you want a stress free experience look elsewhere.

Made online order selected a time no one arrived no email. Still waiting to hear about delivery next day. Replied to original email with a message will get a reply in 2 business days. Not a company I would deal with again.

Ordered at 920am with "3 hr delivery". It's now 4pm, and we leave tomorrow and it's not been delivered. Also been trying to call and no one has picked up, no way to reach anyone. Also emailed and no one has responded also says in auto reply 2 business days for a reply very helpful when leaving tomorrow.

False promises and under delivering!

Now, we are out the money but as the transaction shows pending cannot cancel the transaction but also can't dispute. Now, out the money and don't have the cash.

I highly recommend Travel Money Oz at Helensvale. The online ordering system is quick and easy to navigate and my order was ready to be picked up within 3 hours and their exchange rate was better than any bank or post office. The service for collection was friendly and efficient.
Will always use them when I need some foreign dollars.

Would not accept payment from debit or cc card. Was forced to go in-store and pay the higher fee

I was able to get the denominations I wanted, friendly service and being able to order online for next day pickup was fantastic.

Booked for delivery of my currency between 10am-12pm. It's 30 minutes past 12pm & I'm still waiting for the delivery. I have places to be and have had absolutely zero communication regarding this. A bit of a joke in all honesty

Have used this service a couple of times now. Got a good rate on AU to USD cash conversion, and they deliver the cash to you same day if required, for no additional fee.

Couldn't register, kept getting a message to say my details were incorrect.
Absolute waste of time I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Dirk handled my request for currency exchange today. I had met him previously to discuss currency exchanges. He is always pleasant and helpful. His service is very good. He gives sound advice and answers all your questions too. I will always see him when l need his service.

Don’t trust the delivery window. A 2hr window and delivery driver still can’t make it within that frame. Turned up an hour past the delivery time frame.
