Invoice
I was sent the invoice without the V.A.T number. I called them in order to fix the error. After waiting in order to talk to them on hold for 34 minutes, having followed all the options in order to speak with somebody from the accounting department I find my self speaking with just a guy from the general help department telling me that he will inform the accounting department. After 1 week passed i lived again the same process but now i wasted 40 minutes on hold! And I am still waiting the correct invoice....
