The booking part of this was great! At the beginning with a large group it was hard to get everyone to respond and reply to messages hence why I wasn’t able to put a deposit down. And Melvyn was able to help make sudden changes very close from the day of travel, which I appreciate so much and I don’t think any other company would be able to do that, he has sent us plenty of quotes and was so patient with the whole lot!

We had an amazing trip. The driver mike was on time, he wasn’t late, he was very patient whilst we were scurrying to try get everyone organised and onto the bus. One of our friends were running late. He was happy to do a slight detour and stop at his house to pick him up. He drove well and got us there on time.

We had a great night and we did forget to take a photo for you. But if anything like this happens in the future, I am definitely recommending this company of travel

Used them many times and they always deliver prompt and reliable, high-level service and vehicles.

On January 1 2020 I booked with Travel Safe to pick myself and 11 friends up from a music festival.
However, what ensued was a complete lack of organisation and customer service from this company.
Our driver was unable to locate us, despite hundreds of other buses and minibuses arriving with no difficulty to pick up others. Despite many phone calls with our driver from varying event coordinators our driver was unable to come to agreed pick up location.
The exchanges were confusing with the driver continuously speaking over the event coordinators and thus stopping them from finding us.
The event coordinators were required to go above and beyond due to the lack of cooperation from the driver, as they were required to continue working past their shift times, and driving us to our minibus itself.
Our minibus was booked for 10:30 however we did not board until 11:20pm. We were waiting in darkness, cold and confused for 50 minutes past the booking time. This is not acceptable. Travel Safe’s policy states it will only wait 10 minutes for customers so drivers should also be held accountable.

Travel Safe have since ignored three emails I have sent them wanting to resolve this matter.

Do not recommend!! Very unreliable.

Great Service, Awesome Driver

I was organising the company Christmas party travel and TravelSafe took the stress out of organising the travel, which was a great relief. The coaches arrived on time, clean and tidy, drivers were friendly. This is the second time our company has used Travelsafe and would definitely use them again in the future. Price was very good as well.

We had an amazing experience with our driver Roger. He was punctual, very professional and very affable. We made numerous requests on the day and nothing was too much trouble. He had a smile on his face and all our staff were very happy on the day to and from our event.

We had a fantastic time using this company!
We were taken to Meredith Music Festival and then collected at the end of the Festival and taken home. There was 16 of us and plenty of space for our camping gear in the trailer! I would recommend anyone to use this company!

I had a great experience with Travelsafe. I booked a bus to transport 100 university students late at night to an afterparty and the driver was very understanding of the inevitable delay. The admin staff were also prompt and easy to liaise with.

Very easy to organise and the service and communication was great. Also very reasonably priced when compared to other companies. Highly recommend and will definitely use again :)

Booked with Travelsafe for two separate locations for work and both occasions the bus drivers were not only on time but early. They were friendly, polite and efficient and made the journey enjoyable. Booked a charter bus for corporate winery tour on Dec 11th for 8 hours. Had Musa as the driver. He was on time, friendly and an excellent driver. I don't have a single complaint and was very pleased with the service provided. Would definitely book again for future corporate events.

Second time travelling with Travel Safe and both times have had absolutely have no complaints. We take this bus to and from a festival each year and its always been a smooth process from start to finish. Our driver billy was super accommodating, helpful and lovely.
