The whole process from ordering on line and multiple changes to my quote to pickup on the day was handed extremely well. The transport arrived early and ready for pick up at both locations, both drivers were very professional and this added to a very enjoyable night. Do not trust this company for an important event. Its sales advisors are hopeless.

I had organised a bus for guests attending my wedding recently. Prior to the wedding, I'd informed both the sales advisor and the operations team at least half a dozen times collectively the route and stops I wanted the bus to take. Both the sales advisor and operations team assured me at least half a dozen times back that they'd let the bus driver know on the night.

And yet, on the night, the bus driver James was completely clueless about his route. I've been told by many guests travelling on the bus that he was adamant he was only going to do one stop. As the groom, I wasn't there to sort it out. Luckily one of my friends did and took the initiative to correct him. Apparently this made him upset, and he refused to do so initially.

It was a terrible look on my part, because it seemed like I wasn't organised at all and did not care about my guests. It also meant my dear friend had to carry the burden of the driver's discourtesy. I've been informed that James was in a bad mood for the entire drive because he had to do more stops that he had initially expected to, and treated my wedding guests poorly. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour, on the part of the bus driver, on the part of the sales advisor and operations team in not adequately briefing him about his job requirement, and Travel Safe for completely neglecting to ensure a clear pathway of communication between all its staff members. This is not what I'd wanted for my wedding guests. It left a terrible taste in everyone's mouth after what was a smooth wedding.

Do not trust the company for important events, particularly if you're not going to be travelling with guests on the day.

Also avoid at all costs dealing with Senior Sales Advisor Paul Knox. He's totally hopeless and does not care for you. His emails take the form of half-strung, incomplete and grammar/syntax-deprived sentences, giving you no assurance he understands or cares for your enquiries or concerns. And indeed, he doesn't. After the wedding, I got a generic request for customer feedback from him. I took the opportunity to convey my frustration with the service on the night. I got no response from him whatsoever. This clearly suggests he has know intention of reflecting on, acknowledging or improving upon his poor customer service.

Suggest if you ever get Paul Knox, insisting on working through Peter McKay. He's infinitely more responsive.

Staff were great to deal with, booking was super easy and our driver was very friendly and helpful.

We hired Travel Safe Bus Hire to transport guests home at the end of our wedding. Everything went smoothly, the booking was easy, price was competitive and there was plenty of support to answer the questions I had. The driver was friendly and arrived right on time. Thanks for taking the stress out of transport, everything was perfect!

The interlocutor Keith was very good dealing with my group of 57 people(less in the bus 3-4 people were sick on the day). The fees were the most affordable. The bus was in excellent condition and the bus driver,Bill was a very good driver. We love the service they offered and recommend everyone to use this company in the next future. When no bus had arrived - I called the driver details provided by Travel Safe. I was then spoken to in a fairly disgusting manner by the arranged driver as he had no drives for that day. After speaking with Travel Safe it is hard to see who is at fault, the booking company or the coach company however our day was almost ruined. We were then 2hrs behind schedule and had to find another company ourselves on the spot. I was promised a full refund however i sent an email 4 days ago and havent heard anything since. I called yesterday and still nothing. I have another company I need to pay and they have little care for that. Will not be using this company again, nor will I be recommending to anyone.

hi guys, I was more than happy with our driver on the night and the service travel safe provided throughout.  I was particularly happy with the offer to licence the bus,  so the girls could have a little beverage en route . Our driver was on time,  polite,  friendly and many guests commented on those very things.  it was perfect,  went without a hitch,  I'd definitely recommend your service and use it myself if the need arises.
