We took the Pearl Harbor tour on December 7, 2018. It was the best tour I have ever had. Our guide Tony was a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and he was excellent. He showed us things and introduced us to military members we never would been able to meet without him. He even arranged for us to meet 2 Pearl Harbor survivors. I would absolutely recommend this tour to everyone !!

We had the sweetest tour guide for our all around Oahu tour in a practically new van and she was awesome! She wowed ya from start to finish. She was early for pick up and we ate banana bread and fruit. Nancy knows all the nooks and crannies of Hawaii. We certainly are appreciative and enjoyed our experience today. Do not be skeptical of this company. You won’t regret it!!!

We booked a snorkel cruise and a luau. Both were awesome and everything went very smoothly. I was a little anxious that we showed up without actual tickets in hand but our names were on the list when we showed up. It was actually more convenient since there were no tickets to lose or remember to bring. The snorkel cruise was through the Pacific Whale Foundation and it was awesome. They have scientist on board to educate you about what you're seeing. I would recommend booking through TravelShack without any hesitation. I also was able to use the points they gave me for a $75 credit back to my credit card.

I was hesitant to book through an internet company because, well, "you just never know..." But Travelshack looked so good on the website and Tyler was super fast in responding and answering questions, so I decided to go for it. We could not have been more pleased. We booked the trip to Lanai and Road to Hana. Not only were the prices the same as booking through the tour website, we also got points to use for other things. We used some points to discount the cost and also got free Shave Ice at Sandy's. I will use Travelshack again. Super easy, helpful,and, judging from our 2 trips, they only book high quality tours. TravelShack.com was my one stop shop for all of our excursions on the Big Island! Our tours booked through TravelShack.com were great. We had good tour guides, they were very knowledgeable. The rewards points helped us purchase more tours and food products on our tours. Tyler was very helpful. The website was very easy to use.

I booked a lava tour before we arrived in Hawaii. I didn’t check my booking date and booked the wrong date. I realized this when I got a reminder text from travel shack the day before. However , travel shack rescheduled our tour for the wanted day. I’m so glad they were able to rebook because it was one of the highlights of our trip. Our tour guide rocked it (Melanie). She was informative and knowledgeable. Also, I appreciated how respectful she was to Hawaii and Pele! Our transportation was very nice and comfy too! I would gladly do it again !!!

Great experience, easy to book and communicate! I would recommend and use goTravelShack.com again if we are back in Hawaii. The prices are comparable to other companies plus they have many rewards you can use with your points or just cash back which makes them worth it.

Had a great time on the dolphin snorkel cruise. The boat was very nice and staff were excellent. Snorkel spot was beautiful, though nothing too special on the beautiful island where you can snorkel with these fish almost anywhere. Still loved it! Also did the nighttime snorkel with manta rays. Had a bit of bad luck with only one manta ray around, but you can't predict nature and one was better than none. Even though I was seasick on the boat ride out, I still had a great time over all. Also appreciated TravelShack's reward program. We got $10 off our second booking, also two free painted coconuts that we took home as souvenirs for the kids. Was a nice perk!

Good experience booking with TravelShack. They personally reach out to you and are pretty responsive to emails. It is almost like a personal travel agent. The reward program they have are great as well. The 2 activities I chose were both great experiences, the people were super nice and had a wonderful time.

Tyler on live chat was always available and extremely helpful in every convo. He was not hesitant to bend the rules a little to accommodate us. This is for sure one of the best places to book activities in Hawaii. They rewards points program is amazing, you get so much more value out of your money thanks to Travel Shack. We booked the Stargazing Tour and the Luau at Marriot. We used the rewards to get a nice credit for our 2nd booking. And will be looking forward to use up those rewards points for the Shaved Ice, and Botanical Gardens.

The tours we did were fantastic, all around great service.

A great selection of activities. We did a snorkel trip and two dive trips. Highlights for us were turtles, eels, octopus, dolphins, and mantas. Tyler helped us take care of the paperwork online in advance of the trips. Everything was easy, activities were great, and the reward points added discounts to the trips and restaurants.

Booking was easy. Tyler was most helpful, and everything went smoothly. Our Road to Hana guide was awesome...born and raised in the area, he had lots of stories and personal anecdotes that made everything that much more enjoyable and informative. Lunch cooked by his uncle was beyond good. The reward points were a nice bonus for booking with TravelShack. Highly recommend!

We truely enjoyed all three tours we booked with Travelshack. Tyler was especially helpful since I changed our tour plans three or four times. Each time he was very patient in explaining, changing, and finalizing. We really liked snorkeling trip with their very delicious lunch. Only pity was we did not see any dolphines, but we did see two hammerhead sharks. Lava at night was really memeriable. We are really glad we took that part of the tour.

Easy to book. Loved the activities we chose. Hoping they will be adding more activities.
