Service was hastle free
Service was hastle free. Received the test result within 8 hours. However it was difficult to find the drive thru location near Heathrow Terminal 4. Could have been better sign posted.

I only gave 1 star as got to airport and PCR wasn’t accepted as it wasn’t done by a registered person 😡

Late test result.
My test result did not come back within 24 hours and I had to chase it up. Eurofin staff explained that an incorrect button had been pressed! It was then belatedly forwarded to me.
Better system of checks required.

excellent on-site experience
The on-site person at London Heathrow drive-through was very professional and helpful in explaining the process and helping us to set up and log in to our account to receive the results.
The testing procedure on the packaging could be better as it wasn't clear what the absorbent material was for.
The directions to the testing centre confusing, postcode drove us straight past it and the exterior signage not very clear.
Results through after 7 hours - outstanding!
Otherwise a good experience.

Heathrow Drive thru.
Very efficient and effective process from point of booking the tests online to visiting the drive thru site in Heathrow and getting results to obtain a fit to fly certificate. Results of the PCR were super quick. The price was very competitive, after my personal customer experience the service is highly recommended.
