Krishna was absolutely amazing as had terrible experience with wow her voucher and she sorted it all out and booked us another trip , she went above and beyond for us and will definitely use this company and Krishna again

Booked a package holiday, 3 nights in Naples with Tour ticket.
Originally, the flight was leaving Gatwick, arriving at 1am. The return flight was arriving into Luton so not many options how to get home. I had to pay an extra £98 to upgrade to the same airport and better flights.
On arrival, check in for the hotel was closed and I had to pay for another accommodation for the night costing me £70.
Upon check in the next day, they charged me late check in fees, stole my security deposit and really. A bad room in general.
I complained to a Trav n Go, they stated it was booked through another company, that company booked through another company and that company booked with the hotel.
They offered me a goodwill gesture of £40 refund or £80 if I book with them again!!!!
They even tried to blame me for being late to the check in, which closed at 9pm and my flight landed at 8pm. All the phone calls and emails to Trav n Go, they tried to blame everyone else instead of just taking responsibility for their booking.
The worst part is all the reviews on Tripadvisor are negative for the hotel and yet Trav n Go were happy for this booking to go ahead without checking the check in desk would be open on arrival.
It’s an expensive lesson which I won’t experience again, I’ll stick to more reputable companies for my trips or do it myself!

Working with Krishna was a pleasant experience. She understood our requirements and gave the best possible price. Will happily book again.

We booked a last minute holiday online and was not certain if it was going to happen. But Krishna called back under 12 hours of booking to help us get a place. She was very patient and understanding as we went back and forth on the choice of hotel, date and flight times. She used her personal code to get us discounts and advised that we can get in touch at anytime during the holiday if there was any concern. She also answered all questions thrown at her regarding the booking. We hope to give another review after the holiday. Thanks Krishna.

Just spent an amazing 2 weeks in Dubai! Thanks to TravNGo for a smooth booking process for the flights and hotels, outlining our requests to the hotels and arranging comfortable and timely transfers! They were also always on hand for any questions I had. Great service overall, thank you!

Don’t book through them! I booked a holiday to Lisbon and Algrave. The company then said they had no availability in Lisbon after I’d already paid for it. So ended just going to Algarve but had to pay extra. The hotel they booked us was not the same hotel and we didn’t end up staying there after reading the reviews and book another hotel separately. We could not get a refund!

Arrived to the resort a little while ago.
Virgin flight was wicked. Empty and slept most of the way on 3 seats each
Transfers easy. Found the people and they took us where we needed to go.
Had to wait 1hr 30 for sea plane though.
But we are at the island having lunch now.
Weather is wicked

Spoke to Krishna to arrange a 5 star all inclusive holiday for myself and my daughter to Tunisia. Krishna was extremely helpful and arranged our flights and transfers and even gave us her special voucher discount as we wanted to change airports and there was a slight fee to pay, which she reduced for us.
My experience of booking this holiday was a pleasant and stress free one.
Krishna was happy to answer any questions or queries about the holiday and the destination and put my mind at ease with any concerns before committing to book.

Radhi was absolutely fantastic. Couldn't be more helpful. Responded to every query I had and was very professional and lovely. Didn't have any issues and will use them again.

I have been waiting for weeks for a call and an email from Krishna and the company of "TravNgo" but you have left me waiting and have not responded. All I can say is that this agency and its entire customer service line, especially Krishna, are scammers ,they are truly disappointing. I feel sorry for this company and the people who work there. I will not allow anyone around me to receive any kind of service from you because you are unresponsive-neither by phone nor by email.
You falsely claimed that you would call, but you did not do so for weeks. It seems that this company is a scam.

Krishna has been very helpful and understanding, really outstanding. Will be asking for her every time to book from now on.

My partner and I travelled to bali. We had an amazing time. Thanks to trav n go team who gave us a really good package at a reaonalble price. The service was top. Thanks again guys.

Excellent holiday with Trav N Go. We were looked after from the start to the end. Had an absolute amazing holiday at a reasonable price. Much better than the normal online companies.

Always used to make my own travel arrangements having tried other agents before. Trav N Go planned my family trip to Dubai and it was a blast! The communications, suggestions and planning down to the transfers booked were simply superb. They also checked in with us on arrival in dubai and when we got back to London just to make sure everything was fine. 5 stars is the max I can give definitely a 100. Already sent them my next trip requirements!

Do not book through these people they are scammers! Appalling customer service from Sharon who did not state the full facts and tried to basically call us liers and fob us off! Changed us extra to have the flight times we wanted and the original hotels that were originally advertised!!!! Honestly disgusted in this company and its practices! Iv never heard of anything being non refundable and not changeable in my life!
If you value your money do not book with this company and if you get Sharon as you “advisor” then run for the hills.

me and my partner booked a holiday through wowcher and Trav n Go ended up being our travel agents. All was fine at the start, we had all of our documents and flight details no problem.
However, when we finally arrived at our hotel, we were told that our room wasn’t paid for. Trav n go were meant to pay the hotel at the time of the booking.
i had a right game trying to get through to them as i wasn’t going to pay an extra £250 for the room. finally got through and the staff were not well mannered at all. i explained what had happened and they spoke to the hotel staff.
the lady on the phone was also rude to the hotel staff when providing different card details to pay for our room.
it got sorted after about an hour but that caused us to be late for a tour we had booked later that day.
I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for this. the company staff were too disrespectful to me over the phone and also messed up our booking.
will not be booking through them again, i don’t recommend.
