Terrible, tried to tell me they didn’t have contact details despite me providing them when I redeemed my voucher. Want me to do a 9 hour flight bouncing all over europe for a flight that would only take 1 hour. Wanted me to return to a different airport. The flight times they have basically turned a 3 day getaway into a 1 day event. They wanted me to pay an extra £180 to give semi reasonable flight times. Sharon was terrible. I have requested a refund and reccomend that nobody use this company. They subsequently phoned me back to tell me that everything was my fault.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. Sharon promised to email details twice and nothing received, tried to tell me she hadn't until I asked if calls were recorded, they are! Didn't call when arrangements made then finally booked after paying an additional £80 and booked us a twin room even though I explained it was a romantic getaway with my hubby for my birthday! Constantly spoke over me making ridiculous excuses for awful service

The worse possible firm to book through, just like the other reviews we kept getting offered late flights ( meaning you loose a day ) like others I ended up having to pay extra money, then got no help with the booking form. Very bad people skills. I think Wowcher should maybe be looking at Trav-n-go to see how badly they are treating people.

Just paid extra £100 because the guy said I would like to fly at 5-15 am so I can get a full day on holiday, he said everyone does this . So I said well il take the later flight it will be empty if that’s the case and I don’t live near the airport and no trains at 2 am , he said not my fault you don’t live near the airport and proceeded to talk over my voice and rip me off . This is through wowcher . Why do people have power to change and charge you more money when you’ve already paid ? Please stay away from this company book it yourself it’s cheaper , I checked after and it was cheaper !!!!! They took my money then stitched me up so they could rip me off again.

I have booked 2 holidays with Trav N Go, and been happy with the service received. The quotes are competitive with other holiday providers, often beating them. Looking forward to the holidays. Thanks Trav N Go.

This is the third holiday booked with Trav N Go this year and they were all absolutely perfect. As a family we book a lot of holidays and so all you want is peace of mind knowing that everything has been taken care of. We have finally found a company that’s offers amazing service and deals with all aspects of the holiday. Highly recommend.

Again another Wowcher special and probably the same company as the last one….basically they offer poor flight times but offer upgrades that aren’t upgrades but expect you to pay hundreds extra.Hotels are 3 star and again try to upgrade you to a sometimes worse three star hotel this particular one had crack heads outside.Rude down the phone,shouting,at me constantly ringing while driving but all at one time,changing dates after booking a complete mess I just want to cancel the whole thing now.Never before have I been treated like this and a holiday made to be such a bad experience for us.If it’s too cheap then it’s bad.You are better off booking it yourself and you save time and money

Booked to go gdansk xmas market. Tried to change airport to be told we would have to pay nearly the same as we'd already paid. Asked if we could cancel but virtually got told "take it or leave it " so NO. Asked for a refund "NO". Their attitude is "we've got your money so we don't care. ABSOULUTE SCAMMERS..........

Booked a trip and it was for a specific event on a specific weekend , the date changed and instead of emailing me to inform me of that and either offer me the alternate dates or a refund they left it and allowed us to find out for ourselves too late .

Sharon & Riddhi in particular were very helpful organising our break to Krakow in Poland. Riddhi went really over & above in service arranging our tours over there which made the break that much simpler for us. I can't recommend this company enough for their knowledge & helpfulness.
