I like the end product
I like the end product - exactly what I wanted. However there were 2 issues which lost a star for each. Firstly, actual deliver was 3 weeks after the indicated dates on the pre-order and there was poor communication around this. Secondly was around the instructions which arrived with a tear. The print was so small I had to take photos and then zoom in on my phone to read them. Also they left out some steps and you had to guess what needed to be done.

Disappointed
Very disappointed that I received no updates on my orders progress apart from an email saying it was on the way on 30th June. No further updates. Parcel delivered 2nd July, but just left at the door. No knock or doorbell ring and I was home all day. No idea what time it arrived. It was not seen until very late in the day when a family member came home. No notice of delivery by carrier. Not good enough.

A few hours to put together but no problems. Only downside was the instructions could have been a bit clearer in some areas but other than that it looks exactly as shown and is good value for money. Delivered quicker than I expected too.

Shocking communication
Shocking communication, no answer to email, don't answer phone, delivery over 1 week later.. buyer please beware and ask questions first!!
PS .. make that 2 weeks later and counting ! Fliway the Auckland transporters are terrible with comms as well

Received package
Received package. Started assembly, however looks like we were sent 2 of the same sides, so atm its only half up,very frustrating as its for our girls bday. Would be better if u called me so I can let you know the issue, I nd 2 no 17 panels to complete her vanity. 020 478 7475
