Everything went well and it arrived a couple of days later.
I ordered the injection and had my 30 minute consultation the next day. The only thing I can say is you have to be available to sign for the medication when it arrives so it can be longer than next day delivery depending on when you are going to be home.

It's good to have the video consultation at first, my previous prescriber didn't offer this so after the forms filled out didn't get to speak to anyone. This way was good in terms of meeting a member of the team and also knowing that any questions asked could be answered. Was simple to complete order and after the consultation I received my item.

First time user of mounjaro
Had problems with delivery as I work, had to pick up myself from Royal Mail depot.
Would much prefer a Saturday delivery or collection from chemist.
Medication very easy to use, no side affects so far but this is only the beginning of my weight loss journey. Video consultation very good and everything explained well.
