My error on sign up was resolved perfectly
After I made an error on sign up I raised a customer service query which was responded to super quickly. After clarifying some confusion (caused by me) the problem got sorted without fuss and with total courtesy. They even followed up a few days later too to ensure the new card had arrived etc. I couldn't have asked for any better customer service.

Greener thinking with my Bank!!
I am really impressed so far, I am using at a savings account stash for time being whilst in BETA but the customer support and service has been brilliant, cant fault them....
The offerings are brilliant, I love how green I can be with my bank.. even my business has some changes from what they offered...
Never really been into the whole GREEN life but so far its had a positive impact and changed the way I think about things... all that from my Bank!

Excellent way to help save the planet!!
I have been using Tred for a few months now and am really impressed with the app and how it tracks my carbon footprint. Also being able to offset this by planting trees is just want I want from my everyday bank card!! Brilliant!

Holding £440 of my money that I put on the account
first I had issue withdrawing 300 from the atm and it took few days to be revereted back but once I tried to use my card after they said was okay it hasnt been working now their saying theirs issues with my account etc...
more like issues with their app.
Cant use card for any sites like betting which is very popular in UK got to love a bit of football.
cant use the card on paypal lets you link but wont let you pay certain places

I've had a great experience overall…
I've had a great experience overall with Tred....the only reason I've not given it 5* is that on one occasion, after I'd lost my card, frozen it on the phone App, and ordered another, the freeze was still in place when the new one arrived. This wouldn't have mattered had I realised on a weekday - it would have been rectified immediately - but at the time Tred still only had a skeleton staff covering customer issues at the weekend, and I ended up unable to pay for something on the Saturday. On Monday morning they were straight on to me, apologetic and fixing it, and everything else has gone swimmingly. I'd definitely recommend it - especially once the weekend cover is 100%

Brilliant product and a really…
Brilliant product and a really responsive team. Sustainable, conscientious purchasing is so important to society and this really helps me keep a track of what my personal impact is.
The app is intuitive and engaging. There are still things I think they are working on as I believe it’s still in the beta testing phase, so it’s only going to get better and more accurate which is really positive.

Great app for doing a bit of good!
Great app for doing a bit of help for the planet. Works similar to monzo/revolut but have enjoyed getting a bit more insight into my carbon footprint. The app is definitely still in its development phase at the moment but it seems to be being updated frequently! Card works as expected and no issues with transactions, topping up etc

It's easy being green
Love this app! It's so helpful to see my spending data alongside the carbon impact. It's helping me make really positive environmental changes.
The ability to offset my carbon impact (while staying in control of how much it costs) and choose more sustainable brands to buy from are great features.
Plus, the app is lovely- easy to sign-up, intuitive to navigate and really helpful people if you need to ask questions.
