First Class Customer Service.
I ordered an item through Amazon to be supplied by Treehouse. Treehouse phoned me the next day to apologise that they did not have that size in stock and refunded my payment immediately. A couple of days later they phoned again to say they had located the item in the required size and would I like to re-order it. They also bypassed Amazon and took payment directly with the parcel despatched almost immediately and arrived the following day. I have to say I am extremely impressed with their service and attention to an new customer. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have just received a Gallop neck cover from Treehouse. I haven't tried it on the horse yet but I'm pleased with it so far. The goods were dispatched promptly, Treehouse provided delivery information and the goods were well packaged and arrived in good condition. I haven't ordered from them before but I'm pleased with this service

After receiving amazing service from Charlie when we were at HOYS buying our daughter her body protector and new hat ready for racing college we definitely wanted to shop with you again. Online this time as we are sadly a bit too far to visit but a helpful phone call regarding boot sizes and a swift delivery of our order proved a second great experience. Thanks for all of your help. I am sure we will be back when she needs more new kit! ❤

I ordered a Riding hat but muddled up the finish I wanted on my order. I realised upon delivery and contacted Treehouse to ask if they could help sort out my mistake. Treehouse's phone answered on the 2nd ring and they couldn't have been more helpful, going out of they're way to sort my mistake.
A UK company, with exemplary customer service, I would highly recommend.

Found some track breeches for cheaper than other places, ordered them friday evening and paid nearly £10 for them to be delivered by royal mail on monday, nothing turned up and the tracking number supplied was incorrect, £9.52 is extortionate for 2 day delivery and then for it not to arrive in time.
Normally treehouse are good and have had many good experiences in the past but really let down

Brilliant company to deal with......I ordered a Charles Owen halo riding hat for my daughter, but Charles Owen suffered delays in getting parts...in turn this delayed my order but Treehouse kept me fully informed and when I was unsure as to what size lining my daughter would need they sent me one size which came with the hat and the next size up FOC complete with returns paid paperwork, hat arrived very quickly when they came back in stock and well packaged, thank you for your trust and thank you for your wonderful service.....I will be highly recommending you to my equestrian friends.

Great service from Tree House. The only company that offered to do my racesafe custom made back protector in good time for Christmas other companies giving ridiculous time scales. Product arrived earlier than expected and packaged beautifully. Delighted! would definitely use tree house again!! Very happy customer.

4 stars only because I didn’t have to use it on my dog’s paw,as the grass seed came out after bathing a few times with salt water,hopefully won’t have need for it,the reason I went for this company/product was the excellent reviews i read before ordering,quick delivery,easy to order and very clear instructions on back of product.

I bought a Christmas present which was the wrong size. On contacting Treehouse they were so helpful and friendly, they have worked out the correct size I need and are posting it out to me. I shall use them for any future items my granddaughter requires.
