Fabulous service and so professional.

I ordered an Equidry coat for my daughter, I rang the company to ensure that the coat was in stock and when I would likely receive the item.
The staff member was incredibly helpful and as luck would have it the postman was waiting for the deliveries! I explained what I wanted so the staff got the item out whilst I paid on line and handed it straight to the postman!
They even rang me back as I’d ordered the wrong colour!
I received my item the next day!! Thank you so much!

Fantastic Customer Service from Treehouse Online. Ordered a hat cover which was a little too big and called to check on a replacement . So helpful in advising what they had in stock to what I was looking for. Really friendly team and nothing was too much trouble, even for something small! Returned the cover on the Friday and confirmed in my return the replacement. Received the refund for the difference on the Monday and by the Wednesday received the replacement. I called to thank them for such great Customer Service as this has been far the best received, especially post Christmas. This company gave such good service. I ordered the wrong unicorn toy (my fault entirely) and when I called that assured me the correct one was in stock and they could swap. I had to pay for my own return postage (fair enough) but they paid to send out the replacement. And all this within 2/3 days. The product is also very good quality.

I ordered the Le Mieux Vector Stirrups on Amazon, supplied by Treehouse Sporting Colours, for my wife’s anniversary present and although I have been told they have been dispatched there is no record of the parcel. I paid next day delivery and have been told to wait 10 days for delivery. I would be surprised if they haven’t been dispatched at all. Needless to say I have now bought a pair from Le Mieux directly who do not charge for delivery. Really disappointing.

I ordered a browband which was beautifully made in the colours of my choice. Unfortunately it was too small so I had to return it for an exchange to a larger size. I have now received my larger browband which looks amazing. So pleased with the quality of the product and the service from Treehouse

I bought a coat for a Christmas present from London International Horse Show, there was a faulty zip and I thought it was going to be hard work getting replaced given there is no local shop to me. I contacted Treehouse, and the service and returns / replacement process was speedy and the Christmas gift is ready for its first outing! Thanks for your help.

They were very knowledgeable and demonstrated how to replace the gas cylinder on the air vest. When I returned home I found the saddle strap was missing, I phoned up and it was sent immediately and I received it the next day. Will definitely use them again.
