Their mistakes cost you and poor customer service
I ordered a pair of Oakley hiking boots size UK13. I got delivered a pair that were size US13/UK12. The invoice said I had ordered size EU48. There was no option to order in EU size. Couldn't convince Trekinn that it was their mistake. I've been UK13 for 35 years so I wasn't going to get that wrong. Long story short, I had to pay £11.99 to return them and wait more than 6 weeks for a refund (held up in customs). Customer service was useless, they gave replies completely irrelevant to what I asked them.
You think you will save in discount but you actually lose having to return at your cost for their mistakes.

Delivery Times Are Getting Worse Every Year
I have been buying products from this website for many years, and unfortunately, the delivery time issues have been getting worse year after year.
The information on the website saying that an item is “in stock” does not guarantee that it is actually available. After placing an order, the status often changes to show that the item is expected to arrive later — sometimes much later (even a week or more).
After the order is handed over for delivery, local transport companies may take another week to deliver it. As a result, a product that was expected in 2 days may arrive only after 2 weeks.
This issue with delivery times needs serious attention. It would be much better to show the real delivery times to your warehouse instead of marking everything as “in stock.” Also, please stop working with local transport companies that significantly increase delivery times.
