Avoid this company if possible - There are 1000 and 1 different restrictions they put on the Visa cards, so much so you can't pay any sort of bill. Support will tell you to spend it on Amazon, DoorDash, or Uber Eats. I'm sorry but I actually participate in market research that I spend dedicated time too, why am I restricted to how I spend MY money, that I earned, by dedicating MY time? The support is made up of AI, there's no one you can actually speak to, everyone is bots. I have filled two complaints against them with my State's Attorney's General's Office & California's as well. Eventually I will probably end up filing a civil suit too, even if it goes nowhere they would be legally obligated to show up. A cash method should ALWAYS be an option - ACH. The older generation does not use debit cards. Also, another thing that is shady about it is any left over funds you can't spend .. Tremendous recoups that money for themselves, which probably makes them a fortune. It's not right. I will tell anyone who listens to stand clear of this company. *I also filed a complaint with the BBB, so I can leave a paper trail for anyone even considering doing business with them. Beware.

If you are the ones sending the gift cards, then 5 stars.
If you are running The Switchboard, then you need to be more proactive for people sending up new posts. I had made several new posts and they were never posted to the group, even after contacting the moderators.

Tremendous is undoubtedly the premiers gift card handler on the internet. Fast, Accurate, Efficient; and a multitudinous group of card choices! It simply doesn't get any better than this.

Awful company to deal with. I redeemed a voucher after completing surveys with YouGov and selected Jet2 Holidays as my reward. However, only after processing the request did I find the voucher could not be used on the Jet2 website itself, but a third-party supplier called Inspire Travel, who charge significantly more for the same services.

I contacted Tremendous and have spent over 2 weeks of back-and-forth correspondence, providing evidence on 4 separate occasions that the voucher was unused and not expired, with each rep (bot) confirming I could make an alternative selection and that a new voucher for an alternative retailer could be provided. When there was still no email with a new voucher, I requested to escalate the matter further.

I finally spoke to a human and was told that the voucher funds had in fact left their account and was now with the merchant and I could therefore not make an alternative selection. However this is nonsense as, 1) I did not collect the funds from the voucher and have left it untouched, 2) I was effectively strung along under false pretences for 2 weeks, and 3) the voucher was falsely advertised as it cannot be redeemed on Jet2 itself.

I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed and strongly recommend to AVOID at all costs!!

the experience was tremendous. i started doing surveys on the 7th of march and since then i have already recieved 17.90 EUR in my paypal. its great.

At first, I was furious since it takes 2 days for me to formally receive the reward since it needed a review from you guys but after I received it on Monday, it all came smooth after that.

I received a reward gift voucher but it does not open and the code is not showing. I sent several emails but did not receive any response. I tried many times to open it but still cannot see the gift card details. This is a very bad experience.

I got in touch as had two gift cards that wouldnt load. I had response fairly quickly. They worked this week. Thank you
