Refunded my order without any reason
Ordered 2 hoodies separately with Easter discounts.
Both orders were cancelled and refunded at 5am. After asking about why they were cancelled they told me that I cancelled them that day which obviously couldn’t have happened because I was asleep a that time

So over Easter these guys were dropping…
So over Easter these guys were dropping codes and I managed to claim a half decent one. Because of this I brought a hoodie which I was already going to buy. However now they have cancelled my order and given no reason. I can only assume based on other reviews it’s due to the code. I don’t wanna refund I want the hoodie at the price I deserve

Not true to size; shipping from China, no prepaid shipping label for return - would never buy anything anymore. Definitely not a real German brand.. there are thousands of better online shops

PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS
These guys are ridiculous.
The first time I bought from them, it took ages to get my paints, and when I received them, they were defective. I wrote to customer assistance, and they gave me a discount code to refund my order.
I was very happy about this solution, but I couldn't have been more wrong...
Recently, I tried to use the discount code, but they cancelled my order without giving me any reason, just to get rid of my discount code. When I contacted the customer assistance, they said: "Regarding the discount code that was issued earlier due to the defective item, this code cannot be reactivated or transferred to a cancelled order."
I don't think I need to add anything else.
PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS, DON'T BUY FROM THEM FOR ANY REASON.

I have not received my order at all, yet it is marked as delivered. This situation is completely unacceptable.
It has been nearly a month since I placed this order, and there has been no proper update or resolution. On top of that, I have contacted you multiple times and have not received any response. Ignoring a customer in this situation is extremely unprofessional.
I also experienced a similar issue in the past with your service, where I had to wait an excessive amount of time and ended up getting a refund. It is very frustrating that the same problem is happening again.
At this point, I demand a clear explanation and immediate action. If the package cannot be located or delivered right away, I expect a full refund along with appropriate compensation for the delay, lack of communication, and inconvenience caused.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this further.
