Horrible support
I wnated to return a jacket that i bought. After having problems with their retour programm i contacted them via Email, so that they couls support me returning my jacket. But after they send me a link, which didnt work, i asked them if they could send me one thats working, but they didnt answered me at all after this. After various mails, they still havent answered, so i decided to finally use the jacket, but really their support ist horrendous

Item was cancelled with no explanation, before stating I had done it myself and stated I had placed the order and cancelled straight after on a date that was 2 days past my actual order date. Did not reply to resolve their mistake

Perfect experience.
the deliver took, for me, 12 days. the delivery was nicely packaged and no damage to the product when arrived. the fit of the jeans, were beautiful. i love the fit and the style. my only thing is if they were a little shorter but nothing to do with the brand, so no complaints. definitely will be purchasing from here again. well worth your money.

Broken Promises and Zero Support: Why I’m Done with Trend Vision
I am beyond frustrated with my experience. It has been a cycle of broken promises and constant disappointment. Things that were explicitly guaranteed have simply never happened.
To make matters worse, the customer support is non-existent. My emails are either completely ignored, or I receive canned responses where they constantly make excuses to avoid taking responsibility.
I’ve had enough of the runaround. Never again, Trend Vision.

Order TRV-202672 - Worst customer service ever
Order TRV-202672 – Delivered with delay multiplied by 3.
The company confirmed in writing that a compensation (dog tag chain) would be included due to the delay. This item was never included.
Despite multiple follow-ups and a clear deadline, I have not received a case-specific response. Only automated emails were sent.
Seems like they just do not care about their clients.
PS : I contacted you with my info 8 times. Of course it has been ignored. I wanted to reach your consumer mediation body, but your website does not indicate any, which constitutes a breach of applicable consumer protection regulations.
This is my last attempt before formal escalation to the competent authorities.
