I've received my order and the I am satisfied with the contents.
However, I've got very lucky with the good will of the Cargus employee who tracked me down although he did not receive my phone number. It was either not transmitted to the seller, or the seller did not write it on the package.

The sell products with other materials than what they wtote on description. the send a belt that was not real leather and the clothes was only 65% cotton not 100%. When you contact them the only answer is send them back. from what o read this is also risky so dont BUY from them

Scam artists based in Turkey supporting other scam artists. Got scammed of 270 USD (1000 AED). Visited their office in Burj Al Salam, Dubai and there was only one person there. The office had like 50 desks and could fit at least 200 people. Shady shady shady… avoid at all costs!

Waiting for order to arrive 2 weeks and it didn't.. And then waiting another 10 days to get the refund for it... Don't buy from them.

Ordered through Trendyol for the first time and the delivery process was surprisingly smooth. My order arrived within two days of placing it. Thank you so much for your lovely service!

Believe it or not, it’s been over 5 months since I returned 3 packages worth BD 120 (USD 250), and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and every time they blame the seller for the delay. That’s not my responsibility. It’s now almost 5 months, and when I asked to receive the amount as coins to at least use on the platform, they refused, saying it’s not in their control. errible experience DON’T BUY FROM THEM unless you’re ready to lose your money.

I ordered a headset from this app, but I never received the item. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and did not respond properly.

The shipping company says the seller never handed over the parcel, and Trendyol claims they have no information about it. Neither of them is taking responsibility, and I have not received a refund or the product.

This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly advise DO NOT USE THIS APP. Terrible service and zero accountability.

Trendyol is a scam!
I purchased a watch but since the delivery was delayed and I was about to go back home, I decided to cancel my order. Unfortunately, I never received my refund. Their customer service is very poor — after so many follow-ups, I still haven’t gotten my money back. There are many reliable online shops out there, but I strongly advise not to order from this one.

I’ve reached out to Dubai Consumer Rights because Trendyol doesn’t want to reimburse my returned item that looks like a fake. They said it never reached them but the courier has definitely collected the item and it’s not my fault that the courier they used is unable to fulfill its obligations. It is worth 800 aed and I can’t believe Trendyol isn’t helping with this issue. I could now see that many have experienced the same! This is the first time I did but will never ever shop here again!

Please be aware!!! Scammers! Frauds! I never received my refunds!! Where can I report them? To which ministry? As they are not registered in Saudi Arabia obviously?

Got a duplicate product with Orginal label displayed on their site. Their customer care also not helpful. Don’t buy their products. Complete scam

Very bad quality not same as pictures they will never take ages to process return and they will say after items are rejected as items are missing never buy from them big scam.
