They use Aramex for deliveries in Dubai, and my orders arrived 5 days after the expected delivery date. I even received a perfume instead of the smartwatch I ordered. They also deduct all shipping charges from the refund amount, and the refund goes only to their own wallet not back to your bank. Then the same cycle repeats as they force you to order again. I recommend avoiding this site, as the experience feels like a scam.

More like fraud than a legitimate site
First receive the message my order colud not be delivered, no explanation why because no one had ever delivery issue to my address, then ask for calling the the Delivery Contact +971 600 574472, which I called more than 20 time in e ever time of day and it not answering.
I try to go to help it's non existent. It consistent of bunch of senrios if issues, none related to my issue, and write something about it.
The chat on their Whatsapp help is s bot, which says how to track your shipping, which I already know, and when I use it again it says failed to deliver.
At this time I have no product, no way to refund my money. Only option left to report the transaction as fraud to my credit card company and ask them not to pay them.
NEVER will "deal" with them again

2 months and still no refund. Always receive excuses for the delay
Received damaged goods and trendyol sent a returns label. It was collected 11 September and Received by them on 14 September. It had been nearly 60 days and despite chasing them every week I get told it will be resolved and someone will contact me in 72hrs. They never contact and it seems they are delaying the refund with a hope I forget. They are essentially a scam and they have committed theft by keeping both my goods and money.

Scam codes and vouchers
Sick and tired of their fake ‘vouchers’. They send a lot of notifications saying you won coupons but when trying to use them, none is ‘valid’. They are sponsoring every influencer but don’t respect their actually clients. Shame on them. Investing in publicity but not appreciating the people that make their business work. Big dislike👎

Subject: Fake Item, Unresolved Return, and Poorest Customer Service Experience on uae
Dear Trendyol Group manager Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the terrible experience I have had with your platform and contact center.
On 12/10/2025, I received an item that I purchased from your app, which the seller claimed was original. However, when it arrived, the item turned out to be fake. I immediately requested a return on the same day, and your team informed me that the delivery company would collect the item within 2 days.
Unfortunately, no one came. I contacted your call center again, and your agents repeatedly told me that they had contacted the delivery company and that the item would be picked up soon. Each time, I was told to wait another 2 days — but no one ever came.
Since then, I have been going back and forth with your contact center. The agents have been unhelpful, unprofessional, and at times even disrespectful. Some ended the chat abruptly, refused to transfer me to a manager, and gave false promises without any action. When I asked for a phone number to speak with someone responsible, I was told that no number exists to contact Trendyol directly, which is unacceptable for a major company.
The biggest issue now is that Trendyol is holding my money hostage, claiming that my refund cannot be processed until the item is returned. But it is your carrier’s responsibility, not mine, to collect the item — and since 12/10/2025 until today (28/10/2025), nothing has been done.
I feel completely deceived and mistreated by both the seller and the Trendyol customer support team. As a new customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing and unfair.
I am now demanding the following:
Immediate collection of the fake item from my location.
A full refund of my payment without any further delay.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to file an official complaint with UAE Consumer Protection authorities for fraud and mishandling of customer complaints.

Slow delivery
It's taking forever to receive the order. And those liar delivery keep mentioning that they made a delivery attempt. Then there is no option once it was shipped. It was shipped from Thursday and the delivery company received it on the same day. And still they cannot manage to deliver it the next days, its been 5 days and the item is still with them.
