I purchased five items from the website. None of them fit. I returned the items at my own expense and now, crickets. I have not received my refund (close to $500), I have not received a response to my many attempts tocontact the company. There is no phone number or customer service of any kind. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
I had no issues with ordering or length of delivery time. Fabric seems really nice, but the issue I have with the clothing is the fit. I bought 4 different shirts and nothing fits properly. I'm average height and build (5'9", 165lbs). The medium shirts are a bit too short and way too wide. The shoulders aren't in the correct spots either. All of the shirts have the shoulder seam too far forward and make the collar sit too far up against the neck. I washed them to see if they'd shrink a bit, but it didn't help. I compared to a different brand of shirt and the was a huge difference in sizing and shape. I was going to return them but I'd have to pay to return, so I didn't. I really do like their designs and colours. Just really disappointed in the product.
The only reason I'm giving Trespass Canada a low rating is because of their return policy (for online merchandise), AND the terrible customer service (via email). The products are quite good in terms of quality and value; however, if an item is defective or doesn't fit, you'll have to ship it back at YOUR OWN expense. And don't even bother trying to email their customer service because they are useless and have no authority to override any of the company's policies. They didn't even allow me to return the unfitting, unworn merchandise to their store at Vaughan. Now, I'm stuck with 2 pairs of girls boots that my daughter couldn't wear (too small). I strongly do NOT recommend Trespass.ca to my fellow Canadians.
Good jacket, that is actually water proof. I find its fits true to size.
