Excellent service and super professional staff. So much easier than short stay car park and more affordable too! Would definitely recommend and will be using them again on our next trip out of Heathrow.

Absolutely amazing service!
We were in a difficult situation when our meet and greet didn't turn up- We were kindly helped by a gentleman at the airport (Heathrow T5), he was so professional and kind! Pick up was flawless!
Could not fault this company, I will be using every single time from now on, and telling everyone I know to use them too!

All my calls were answered within seconds! Staff were very polite and engaged in conversations both on the phone and inperson. I was able to have a laugh with them which helped to put my mind at rest.
I rang to say we had arrived earlier than anticipated, this was not a problem at all, we were accommodated in a professional caring manner, which was fabulous because we didn't want to hang around in the services!
Staff were waiting for us on both drop off and pick up. I had to ring as soon as we landed and again after passport control when luggage was collected.
I received a call before arriving at level 4 (pick up point) asking me to ring when I get there because there a lot of people and he didn't want me getting lost or confused in the crowd! Absolutely amazing customer care and support!!!
Absolutely amazing service, only 16 miles on the clock, car was clean and just as I left it.
I will definitely recommend this company and I will use them in the future, they are reasonably priced. I felt confident leaving my new car with them.

Best meet and greet service we've experienced with exceptionally polite staff who genuinely care. Our driver even called the lift for us at Terminal 5! Thank you and can highly recommend.

Overall a fantastic experience using Triangle Parking as a meet and greet service and will definitely use them again for all my trips via Heathrow going forward.

Normally when travelling abroad, we use Purple Parking but I noticed that their pricing was practically the same as parking in Heathrow directly being quoted around £170 for an 8 day stay. I decided to do a little research and came across 'Meet and Greet services'. This is where you just book, drive to the airport and have someone collect your car from you. Once you return back, you pickup your car directly at the airport saving you lots of time and hassle (when comparing to offsite parking). No more wasting time lugging your luggages and kids to a bus stop waiting up to 30 minutes to then drive another 15 minutes to the airport!

After seeing the various companies i called a few of them and after speaking to Jama at Triangle Parking, I felt extremely reassured especially after reading some real horror reviews with other providers. The thought of leaving a high value car with some random company is pretty scary! Jama confirmed that not only were they are registered Member of the British Parking association but their parking facility was also accredited by the Police and fully Park-Marked (I looked them up on both sites to be certain)!

On the actual day, we had a flat type and ended up arriving more than an hour later than expected but they were absolutely fine about it! We met Jama Terminal 2, left the car on floor 4 row B. He took videos of the car so we had a record of what the state of the car was and then off we went. Once we landed, we called the company, after picking up our bags called a second time and then went straight back to our car ready to depart home! Triangle Parking is so confident in their service that they charge AFTER you are back and happy with the service costing us £85 for the 8 night stay. Note that you have to also pay £6 for the parking ticket both ways.

Overall the service was professional, great communication and will 100% use these guy again going forward!

Jama at Triangle Parking helped us out of a deep hole as we arrived at Heathrow to find the company I had booked Meet & Greet with had gone out of business!
On our return, Jama was amazing with his communication, friendly and helpful manner and I found him to be a real genuine guy. Can totally recommend.

Best meet and greet experience I have ever had in years of travelling. Triangle call you 30 minutes before your notified time of arrival, to check your ETA. They are then waiting for you when you arrive at Heathrow (if T5, on the 4th floor). They offered to get us a trolley. They check your car over thoroughly for dings and scratches, and invite you to photograph the mileage. All whilst you're unloading your luggage. You pay the £6 exit fee on your card and they look after the car.

On your return, you call them when you land, then again when you get through passport control. They tell you the ETA and they were then waiting for us when we arrived. Pay the £6 again to exit (LHR charge, not Triangle) and you are on your way. We had no waiting at either end, they were waiting for us both ways. That rarely happens with meet and greet as they are usually running behind and don't want staff hanging about waiting for you to get to their spot. Not with Triangle. Exceptional 5-star friendly service.

Then it got even better. British Airways cancelled our flight one hour after it was due to depart. I called Triangle over 5 hours after we'd dropped off our car, they were all closed up, and they still brought the car back, about 2315, and met us again the following day at 0500 for our rescheduled flight. With a smile, and no complaints. That's 6-star service.

And compared to the rip-off prices for parking at all the London airports, this was a very reasonable price for a 10 day break, especially via LHR. I paid more than 50% of the Triangle cost for a 2 day trip via Stansted's mercenary parking charges...

Left my Tesla with Triangle in Heathrow last week for a full week. Amazing service since I dropped the car until I collected it. My car was even washed! I use meet&greet in airports as it is confortable with kids, this is perhaps the best I’ve tried so far. Good job guys!

I can highly recommend Triangle Parking Ltd at Heathrow airport. The representative was on time, polite and fully explained the procedures. The car was ready when our flight landed and the representative was again very polite and approachable.

In short, a brilliant service and we will definitely use this company again!!

Fantastic service - will definitely use again! Very reliable and professional. They were waiting for me in the Heathrow car park right by the lifts down to departures and in the same spot when I returned. Car only had 9 additional miles on the clock and no issues.

Brilliant parking company! I’ve used many different ones recently and this has been the best. The driver was there waiting for me in the terminal car park so drop off took 30 seconds. Coming back I phoned when landed and when I had my luggage as requested and they said the car would be 20 mins. I then received a call saying the previous customer had delayed my driver, BUT a) they called me not the other way around and b) they offered to pay for refreshments whilst I wait AND validated my parking. Other companies have delayed me previously and I have not received this level of service so although the delay was annoying they were so professional. I would definitely use them again!

Sat nav failed en route but a very helpful man gave me excellent instructions over the phone. Arrived at T3 to be met by another very helpful, friendly man who even offered to find me a trolley. Phoned as instructed on return and exited terminal building to see my car waiting for me accompanied by another friendly face. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Excellent service. I managed to end up on the wrong floor in the car park - rang the office and the driver came down and found me. Very friendly and helpful. Picking the car up was easy - he got me to check over the car to ensure no damage - again friendly and helpful and had got my exit ticket paid ready for me to go. Great service that I will be using again and recommending to friends.

We were early arriving and late coming back - none of this was a problem. Friendly, prompt and trustworthy service. I've used a few parking services at Heathrow but Triangle have by far been the best. Will definitely use again!

Jama was great! He looked after us from start to finish and was waiting for us when we got out rather than us having to wait. Will defos be using Triangle parking again and would defos reccomend!
