Total waste of money, the labet earring was faulty would not stay in, returned it which cost me more money to be told it wasn’t faulty YES IT WAS , only got a partial refund and not the cost of return even though it wasn’t my fault, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I loved the products when it arrived, but both the belly bars keep falling out and when I contacted the seller, they refused to help. Wish I had checked the reviews.

Ordered £50 ear rings they came but were too big i contacted the seller for an exchange they refused staying it was in the advert no exchange or refund on earrings but also said if unworn they will exchange i did not wear them the size was huge just by looking at them lost 50 pound will never buy from these again I will have to recover some money by selling the silver in scrap value STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Clearly I should have read the reviews before buying from this company.
I wrote to them as soon as I received the earrings as they are humongous, & I was expecting something dainty & pretty.
As I am not Pat from Eastenders, I wanted to return them.
I was told that I would never get a refund, just a swap for something else and would have to pay to return these horrendous chandeliers, and to have god knows what sent to me.
Literally god knows what as I don't like anything else on their website.
No manners, no empathy. Hopefully they will go out of business soon!! I'm stuck with something I hate the look of. Also, the colour is much darker than shown on pics, so even if they had been the right size, they would have been the wrong color!! Thanks for your unwillingness to help!!

My little girls Christmas present was damaged by a family accident involving a fire. She was distraught as you can imagine. Had been waiting weeks and weeks for her custom ear plugs. Emailed Tribalik straight away and poured my heart out about my daughter’s very upsetting situation. Was expecting to pay for a new pair, but wanted to know we could get them sent out ASAP. No response from seller for over 10 business working days!! Even then the response was pretty heartless and like they weren’t overly interested.
Very upsetting when I’m trying to teach my daughter the importance of being honest and learning to deal with sellers online.
Safe to say we didn’t bother reordering.

Ordered 3 pairs of earrings from them. 1st pair had an issue with the clasp, but this was returned and replaced with no problems. Orders held up by a postal strike and Xmas backlog but, again, not their fault and answered all their emails. Will use again as their jewellery is gorgeous and unusual.

Very happy with my purchase! The plugs that I bought are even more beautiful than how they looked on the website. They feel like amazing quality and are comfortable to wear. The only "downside" is that they're a little smaller than advertised, 20mm fit more like 19mm, but that's totally okay for me.

I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I had to wait a week for delivery and they sent me the wrong item, after which they didnt even care to make up for the mistake which caused me a lot of inconvenience because I needed that item asap to wear at a specific event. They dont even want to give me a refund until they recieve the wrong item back - I literally got scammed and they are wasting my time and printer ink for this useless return. Very bad disinterested customer service - reckless and rude

A waste of £150. My partner bought me a ring for this price thought it would last. It's been two years and it's snapped in half. No jeweler will fix it because it's impossible. They say it should never have been made the way it was. The stone is too heavy for the band. The band is attached very poorly. They told me the claims on the website are false. One said it's just cheap foreign tat. When I found out it couldn't be fixed I cried because it was so special to me and I feel terrible for my partner who spent his money thinking it would be a special present that lasts. Tribalik can't fix it as they do not make them. I am absolutely gutted.

Place an order a week ago for a ring for my wife for Xmas. Money taken from my account but no sign of the ring. Website says "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status". I emailed them yesterday but no reply so far. Will update this rating as things progress over the next few days.

Rang them today and confirmed it had been posted last week. Typically turned up in the post late morning. Delay down to festive period but not helped because I never got the 2nd email to tell me the ring had been despatched. Very helpful on the phone though.
