Excellent Customer Service and Quality…

Excellent Customer Service and Quality Products!
We’re very happy with the quality of the ATV we purchased for our son—it exceeded expectations! The customer service was excellent, and all of my questions were answered promptly. We were so pleased that we went ahead and purchased a go-kart for the family as well. Shipping was quoted at 8–11 days, but we received the ATV in just 4 days, and the go-kart is on track to be delivered by Friday. Highly recommend!

I placed an order with the extra fee of…

I placed an order with the extra fee of having it fully assembled and an extra batter charger for my son's birthday and it was delivered 3 weeks later (missing the birthdate). I was told that it was assembled the next day after purchase but just sat in the warehouse. Didn't even recieve shipping information. After it was delivered I noticed that the battery charger was missing. Highly upset and disappointed with the service and commitment to their products and customers.

Update May 29th: They tried to make it right by saying they would refund the battery charger amount and ship the charger. This occurred on May 20th. They refunded the charger amount but never shipped it. I had to reach back out via email so that they can fulfill my order. Order fulfillment doesnt seem like a strength of theirs. Also: THEY ARE UNREACHABLE BY PHONE even during business hours, I have not been able to get in contact with anyone, I would assume it's the same experience for other callers.

I ordered the go kart on Sunday evening and it was delivered Wednesday morning. Very prompt on the delivery, Only downfall was that there was no instructions on how to finish putting it together.

I got the terminator 300 it’s a lemon

I got the terminator 300 atv and I am very un happy with the customer experience at tribal motorsports. This four wheeler has had nothing but constant issue they even admitted through email now that it cannot be used for trail riding. Do not buy anything from this company. They are scam artist

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to clarify the facts. From the start, our team promptly assisted by supplying every item you requested free of charge, even beyond the warranty coverage, and we did not hear back from you for several months. When you later reported a new issue—well outside the 90-day warranty period—we still offered to provide diagnostic assistance and help you obtain any replacement parts if needed. Unfortunately, you have not responded to these continued efforts. The Terminator 300 is designed and marketed as a recreational ATV and can be used for normal trail riding when properly maintained and operated as instructed. We did clarify that this model is not intended for extreme trail riding, but recreational use is completely appropriate. While we are not obligated to extend coverage beyond the warranty period, we have made multiple good-faith efforts to help resolve your concerns, which are not reflected in this review. Unfortunately, the review misrepresents the situation, and we encourage you again to respond to our support team so we can assist further.

Needed a new stator seal for kid’s ATV

Needed a new seal behind the stator of my son’s atv. The original one started leaking. Contacted customer support and with a quick response helped me feel out the warranty claim form and got my part ordered right away.
