My entire experience with tribal sports has been amazing from when I ordered my Coolster 110 ATV until my latest inquiry for technical support. I ordered my Coolster and it was shipped quickly well within the 3 day expedited shipping. It arrived with the front grill bent due to the shipper. They had a new grill shipped within 24 hours. We loaded the Atv up and went camping where my grandkids rode their new Coolster nonstop for 4 days in the Colorado Mountains. We loaded it up and brought it home covered in dirt and dust. While washing it, we noticed a cap had vibrated loose and was missing. Gone. Somewhere in the mountains now. I didn’t know the part I was looking for so I sent an email to tech support with a pic of the missing cap. They responded the same day with the identity of the part, the cost to replace it, and offered to get the new stator cap on the way to us asap. I am more than pleased with tribal motor sports. My wife and I are already planning a second purchase for our grand children. They love their Coolster so much they no longer want to share.

My tribal motorsports 4 wheelers arive broken and danage . The box had 2 big holes in it where someone went threw . Damaged several things. Damaged my seat bar . The bar is Damaged so bad my seat does not shut properly. So definitely a safety issue. I emailed tribal motorsports with tons of pictures of the damage and there response is we will put in your file. BUYER BE AWARE . TRIBAL MOTORSPORTS WILL NOT FIXED THERE DAMAGED GOODS

The delivery was fast and easy. Although there were problems with the setup. First of all it took 2 weeks to put together. The directions about the assembly were not clear. The decals on both sides of the go kart were upside down with the warning sticker right side up. We had to cut a hole in the leather for the seat belt buckle to go through. The seat can not be moved up toward the steering wheel or the buckle comes out. One headlight is loose and can not be tightened while the other one is hardly works. The foot plate was preventing anchoring of the seat in place. For the money I spent Im very disappointed in the product itself. After riding on it for a few hours a hose came off and there is oil everywhere.

I ordered a 110cc dirt bike for my daughter a few years ago, tribal motorsports has been nothing but GREAT, in all the assistance that I have came to them about! Fast responses through email, ALWAYS polite, and very professional. I 100% recommend Tribalmotorsports, to anybody looking for a reliable ATV/dirt bike!

I would say my kids love riding these quads and was happy to receive them, I would say the customers services and the support team gets back to you within 24hours and willing to help you right away with no hesitation. It’s a good place to get your kids quads if they’re barely starting out with wanting a quad!

When you need help very responsive and helpful

I was skeptical about buying such a large (physically) item from a website, but after checking around and seeing it was legit, I ordered a quad for my son. The process was simple, coordination of shipping and delivery was a breeze, and the item arrived flawlessly. Customer service has been very responsive and polite the one or two times I had a question. I will definitely be buying from them again. Lastly, the delivery was an experience myself. My 9 year old was completely geeked out when the huge pallet arrived and we got to unbox his quad. Such a cool experience.

We ordered a 125 coolster four wheeler for my kids for Christmas. It was very easy to navigate the website and decide based on the recommendations and product reviews which four wheeler to choose. We paid using a third party payment company, which was also very easy to use and process.
Once the four wheeler was received, it was easy to assemble.
Overall it was an amazing experience. I would absolutely order from this company again. Their customer service is top notch. And the product has been a wonderful gift for my kids.

I got myself into a situation where what I ordered may have been at risk of not making it in time between order processing + shipping time. (my fault, not theirs, I accounted for shipping time only) I inquired to see if someone could keep me posted so I could know whether or not I would be cutting it too close and have to inform my child that his gift wasn't going to arrive in time. They read my message and reacted better than any company I could imagine. They pulled some strings for me and not only gave me a complimentary processing rush, but made sure it shipped out the same day, and gifted me rush shipping. I hope everyone doesn't see this review and take advantage of their kindness and ruin it for everyone. They understood the situation I got myself in, and used their humility to make it work for my family and I. There will be one super happy little boy on his birthday, and a father who will understand the risks of procrastination and over-researching. I will absolutely order from Tribal again without hesitation.
