Tribe Nl help me with all documents gathering and I was able to start working after one week moving into the Netherlands . They connect people from all over the world and they do it with such passion, that you feel then as your first family in the Netherlands. I recommend them 100 % for every expat wanting to try the Netherlands experience.

Solo tengo buenas palabras para ellas y para todo el equipo, porque desde el primer momento hicieron que una decisión tan grande como irte a trabajar a otro país se sintiera mucho más fácil, humana y segura.

Si algún día volviera a Holanda, no tendría ninguna duda en contactar otra vez con ellas.

Si tuviera que resumir mi experiencia en pocas palabras, serían estas:

✨ Facilidad: se encargaron absolutamente de todo. Desde el trabajo, la documentación y los trámites, hasta ayudarnos a instalarnos y entender cada paso al llegar al país.

✨ Confianza: el seguimiento fue increíble. No desaparecen una vez llegas; al contrario, están pendientes de ti, incluso vinieron a visitarnos al trabajo para saber cómo estábamos.

✨ Naturalidad: podíamos hablar con ellas de cualquier miedo, duda o inseguridad durante el proceso. Siempre respondieron con cercanía, paciencia y sinceridad.

✨ Responsabilidad: nos ayudaron incluso a preparar entrevistas y se preocuparon de verdad por nuestras necesidades, inquietudes y bienestar.

Pero más allá de lo profesional, lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el trato humano. Organizan actividades, encuentros y momentos para conectar con otras personas que están viviendo la misma experiencia, y eso hace que no te sientas solo en ningún momento.

Mudarte a otro país da miedo, y encontrar personas que te acompañen de verdad en el camino vale muchísimo. Gracias Tribe NL, Natalia y Julia, por hacerlo todo tan fácil y tan humano. 💛

My name is Raquel, and I’m from Barcelona. I wanted to share my experience with Tribe NL, especially with Natalia and Julia.

I truly have nothing but good words for them and the entire team. From the very first moment, they made such a big decision as moving to another country for work feel much easier, more personal, and much less overwhelming.

If I ever decide to return to the Netherlands in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to contact them again.

If I had to describe my experience in just a few words, they would be:

✨ Warmth & Understanding: We could openly talk to them about any fears, doubts, or insecurities during the process. They always responded with kindness, patience, and honesty.

✨ Responsibility: They even helped us prepare for interviews and genuinely cared about our needs, concerns, and overall well-being.

But beyond the professional side, what truly makes the difference is the human connection. They organize activities and meetups that allow you to connect with others going through the same experience, which makes you feel supported and never alone.

Moving to another country can be scary, and finding people who truly support and guide you throughout the journey is invaluable.
