I really enjoyed using the tribute platform to create a 70th birthday keepsake video for my husband. I could’ve never done it on my own as I am not tech savvy. I appreciate how fast my questions were answered via email. However, I would have liked a phone number to talk to someone directly to answer my questions. I didn’t fully understand during the process if I was responsible for the editing or if the company was going to do it for me. Now that I’ve used the platform once and fully understand the process, I would definitely use tribute again in the future. I appreciate how they sent out reminders to people about submitting their videos. This is very helpful as people are very busy in life. The final product was fantastic and my husband was blown away and blessed!

What an amazing platform. We used Tribute for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. It was truly a blessing to see it all come together. We were able to get tributes from family all over the world who couldn’t attend.

Customer service was outstanding - I communicated with real people who had real solutions, AND - they even helped me out with a billing issue after I made an error.

I had people upload videos as well as photos. Bought the concierge service for editing the video. Concierge service did nothing but stitch together videos and photos in the order that they were added - no attempt to edit anything occurred. I am very disappointed in the video and my experience with this company. My 15 yr old grandson would have done a much more professional job.

The final video is missing text I added, the music is missing from pictures and it doesn't show the final video.

This was an all-round great experience. The tools Tribute provides makes it easy to coordinate with all different users through many mediums (text, email etc). I did a graduation gift for my daughter and she loved it. The support team were responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I appreciated that we didn’t get spammed to push us to close out our account. We closed out when we were ready and my son really enjoyed the digital book! ❤️

This was an easy way to celebrate a significant birthday and was great because we capture people who cannot attend. This is the 3rd or 4th one I have done. I had an issue with the picture for the invite. The online resolved it quickly. Thank you

First of all, this is a fantastic idea! Our daughter actually found Tribute online and thought this would be a special memento for the upcoming birth of their first child.

She thought it would be a grand idea (because our extended family is spread across several states) to have family and friends read a short children's book (that they purchased) for their video contribution.

I contacted customer support and they have been beyond wonderful. From saying "yes" to the idea, to helping me help others with uploading...sometimes more than once! Friendly, courteous and responsive.

The whole process of contacting people can be made easy if you choose to have Tribute do the invitation emails and reminder emails.
I did not choose to go this route, but it would have been a time saver!

Once we had gotten all of the contributions, the Concierge Team took over to edit and streamline. I had a last minute change that customer support helped me get to the editing team, and it was PERFECT.

The hardest part of this whole process is getting friends and family to actually video themselves! Tribute makes everything easy.

Customer support was polite, friendly and very helpful. I sometimes contacted them multiple times about the same issue and each time I was treated kindly. I think they should get a raise!

The Concierge Team as well. 😊 Very happy.

We are waiting for the final product to be shipped to my daughter and son-in-law, but I know it's going to be a very special video for our newest granddaughter! ❤️

I've made four Tribute videos for milestone birthdays and each one has been incredibly meaningful and easy to create. The platform is intuitive, and the final videos are always heartfelt and memorable. Their customer service is quick, efficient, and super helpful — truly a joy to work with. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

I had an amazing experience using this platform and working with the Tribute team to create a meaningful, curated video for my wife's 40th birthday. The process was easy and all of the Tribute staff I interacted with were very responsive, helpful, and kind.

A great way to compile well wishes for retirement party! I love that Tribute sends all the reminder emails, making me look efficient and organized!

The video glitches and does not load up properly! Awaiting a response from the support team. Some people had difficulty uploading photos. Beware the concierge service! I chose it because I felt they would do a better job than me at editing (marginally better, not worth $99. They put in music and added an additional slide at the end per my request, but did not boost the sound enough
on the quieter videos.) The whole customer service interface is extremely frustrating. They do not reach out to you, and you have to be monitoring the site to see if any edits are being done and to see any comments they leave. There is no one person to contact regarding any issues with your tribute if there is a problem.

The video was fabulous!!! Staff responded to all my questions and requests! They made the process very easy!

Uncertain why I had to pay tax on the registration, and ended up paying more in pounds than in dollars

Tribute was great with sending out to a large group of people with different schedules and timelines. I like that people can upload photos and videos. The only trouble we seemed to have is once the video was completed- it seemed to be hard to view for people. There was a lot of spinning looked like it was trying to upload the clips? This happened to multiple users, so I’m not sure if it was a service issue or media platform? We had to keep refreshing the video to show the person who it was made for. However, the ease of sending it out to people was great.

This is the 6th time I've used your platform to make a tribute.. every time I'm hoping you'll be fine tuning to make improvements, but there are still SO MANY BUGS! You need to hire a new UX team, stat, and do a comprehensive overhaul. From certain files not being able to upload, to the Trims not matching the preview to the final copy, amongst many others. Get it together please.
