I'm pleased with the work but not the customer service
I'm pleased with the work that I purchased. Still, the customer service needs to be more attentive and efficient in providing customers with any updates. I believe it's customer service's job to contact the customer for the estimated delivery time frame, instead of customer chasing for updates. Also, the day that I received my art piece was when your customer service informed me of the tracking information, which is just not impressive customer support.
