Great Experience
Coming from a small, in-house HR department and back-office, the transition was smooth but with some cultural shock. You can never anticipate everything but no surprises. Great team, both the transition team and the regular team. Once we were settled in and our employees were use to the system and programs, we've had no issues. Makes our company so much more professional to new hires. Saves the back-office a lot of time.
Responsive, respectful, and thorough
I have had nothing but great experience with TriNet. We moved over from another PEO because TriNet was more affordable and offered a variety of insurance options. I was not expecting such great customer service! Whenever I contact anyone on my HR Support Team, they respond within 24 hours, listen to my questions/concerns, and address them thoroughly and with sensitivity. What more could you want from an HR benefits provider?

We have only worked with a few PEO's and TriNet meets and/or exceeds our needs. We have reviewed other PEO's and services but we have found none that match what TriNet offers a small business.

Ease of being a TriNet Client
As a start up firm we used a different payroll company when we started which was a disaster then we were introduced to TriNet and it changed everything. Best client service teams in the business.
Sixteen months' experience with TriNet
The only thing we have reservations about is the time keeping system through StratusTime. It doesn't communicate with the TriNet portal. They have said they are developing their own internal timekeeping system. Once they do, we will have no reservations.

TriNet has always been helpful and courteous when any situation has come up that we need help with!
PTO system has issues
Our managers don't always receive alerts when their employees request PTO. Additionally, the proxy set for the managers doesn't receive a copy. These issues were reported in June 2015 and still continue to be an issue. This is why companies use TriNet, as a main function, you would think PTO would be fine tuned.
