Today was my 2nd visit to Trio in a week, last time a small purchase, this time a mattress, staff members were attentive and very helpful.
Josh took my order whilst showing a new staff member how to process my order, Both were a pleasure to deal with.

Went here to price up some Lino and spotted a gorgeous mirrored cabinet, was reduced from 499 to 99 as it was cracked on the one side, I took a picture and continued to the limo section, a few moments later a very polite gent asked if I would like the cabinet to which I was a little bemused, he explained he’s spoken with his manager and if I wanted it I could take it Free of charge as it would end up on the skip, what a very generous and kind offer, cabinet collected and in place
Thankyou so much will definitely be spending some cash here in the future

Had a carpet fitted this morning. Very quick and efficient followed by good customer service! Would definitely recommend

Shopping for a bed and mattress for our 12 Yr old daughter. Chris was very patient and helpful with her inability to make a decision but we got there in the end. They don't work on commission so they're not pushy or try to make a sale. Chris was honest about the products and made some good recommendations within the budget.

Amazing service! Bought some carpet and needed a tiny bit of underlay and they gave me some for free! Have used Trios a few times. Highly recommend them 🙂

Purchased a single bed frame for my daughter. We were assisted by Colin who was friendly, polite and helped us get it to the car. We even had a joke about my husband thinking we could fit the frame in to a BMW saloon (we managed to get it all in😝). The only snag is when we opened the box there were no screws. We could use the ones from her old bed frame so no biggie and not worth going back for but I’ll check before I leave next time. Definitely won’t put me off visiting again, some beautiful furniture and great prices.

The store has a large selection of stock to choose from. Prices are competitive and reasonable. Staff are knowledgeable and able to give valuable advice. Everyone was very pleasant. Orders were processed promptly and delivery was as arranged. Our purchases were of a good quality.
I would shop here again.

have recently purchased two, three door wardrobes which are really well priced and received excellent service from Trio staff. All the items were delivered on time and placed in the intended bedroom. Thank you to all the staff at trio for the excellent service.
