When customer service is your superpower! I recently used trip etc to book my mum's flight abroad I'm absolutely blown away by their service. planning travel for an elderly parent can be stressful especially when they are traveling alone but the team made the entire process completely worry free. they thought of things that I did in even know existed. not only did they find a great flight but they went above and beyond to ensure every little detail was taken care of in terms of boarding priority wheelchair access and assistance in the terminal. communication was prompt clear and deeply reassuring. it's rare to find this level of genuine care and dedication these days that truly turned what could have been a stressful task into a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough and and will definitely be using them for all my future family travels. thank you for treating my mum like your own.

Tripetc did an excellent job of making arrangements for our group trip to Bosnia. Not only did they save us money on an excellent city centre hotel, they also linked us up with a local tour operator. We had a patient and knowledgeable driver, who we felt safe with as a group of women travelling from Sarajevo to Mostar. Along the way, he shared so much history and culture with us, taking us to picturesque spots for photos and good dining experiences. We returned home with fantastic memories.
