IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!

I have used many different online social casino platforms. Most of them are subpar and that is being polite. I'm not sure if Triple-A is working with Stackr all the time or if they were brought in because of technical difficulties associated with Stackr's redemption process. Whatever the situation is, it works fine! The majority of the other platforms throw these "bonuses and promotions " at you and then if by some longshot you win, they fight cashing out either by saying your credentials aren't verifiable or their terms and conditions void your winnings. I truly do not understand why they allow you to use multiple promotions consecutively and then penalize you if you win! I understand that it's in small print in their contract, but who honestly reads them?
I will finish this up by thanking both Stackr and Triple-A for being an honest and classy team that deserves every customer they have playing in their casino!

Upon verification in our system, we indeed observed a short payment which is due to receiving less cryptocurrency than the required amount.

You should have received an email with the instructions to top-up the missing amount. If the received amount fails to match the required, a refund will be initiated.

How to prevent this situation from re-occurring?
When proceeding with a cryptocurrency payment, always ensure to send the expected amount in cryptocurrency on the designated wallet address, in order to avoid any short payment scenario.

Endless Delays and No Clear Explanation — Frustrating Experience

I have a failed transaction caused by their payment gateway. Despite providing all the necessary information, they keep delaying without any valid reason. They just say "we are investigating" and will get back to me once done, but no real progress is made. This situation doesn’t require complex blockchain confirmations or anything outside normal processes — it’s just endless stalling and feels like a scam. Very disappointed with their lack of transparency and accountability.

We have uk company and marketplace in g2g but this guys blocked our crypto withdrawals due to wrong document uploaded to their system and didn't unblock it for 0 acceptable reason while we have documents fit their standarts. G2g should stop working with them absolutely terrible crypto platform.
