I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Triple-A. First of all, their verification form simply doesn't work. It is impossible to upload the required documents, which blocks the entire process from the start.

To make matters worse, their customer support is incredibly slow to respond to emails. We are dealing with financial matters here, and treating important transactions with this much delay is unacceptable. It feels like they simply do not care about their clients' time or money. I do not recommend this service.

Amazon Gift Card

On 3/6/2026, they blocked my payment and stole my money. They didn't return anything, and they didn't even ask for a return address. :) I wanted to buy a gift card, as I always do. I've paid many times, and nothing changed, but this time someone wanted my $30. I think I paid $30 for your advertising, so be happy! Censorship prevents me from telling you everything I think about you, my dears!

Holding funds and ignoring KYC verification (Ticket #112891)

Terrible customer support. My crypto withdrawals from G2G were blocked. I was asked to complete KYC, and I successfully submitted my passport over two weeks ago through their secure link (Ticket #112891). Since then, I have been completely ghosted. No replies to my emails, and my account remains restricted. It is unacceptable to hold funds and ignore verified users. Please resolve this immediately.

Payment taken on a "failed" transaction and still no refund

I tried to buy an account on zeusx.com and paid through their Triple-A crypto checkout. The payment was taken from my side but came back as "could not be processed," so I ended up with neither the account I paid for nor a refund. I contacted support and provided all the details, yet the money still has not been returned.

For anyone trying to trace this, my transaction reference is XRC-793153-PMT and the on-chain txid is zKJjEMhHQhzz4J6nWyogH3UXoo2FhGeUqWuNpf9znwFTo2G36FuGrPYEjtvX3Nz8QbNb8eRUw3nLdgWSuK48LQX.

Being left without the product and without my money, with no clear path to resolution, is a poor experience.

I would not recommend paying here with crypto until failed-payment cases like this are handled properly.

Waste of time

Took hours after confirmation to be processed, then it was randomly cancelled and refunded. Due to the overprices network fee i lost a part of the money for a issue that is not my fault.

Crypto payment not reflected properly, support delay

I completed a crypto payment for my order on Z2U (using Triple-A as the payment method). The transaction was successfully sent on-chain with a valid TXID, and funds were transferred to the provided wallet address.

However, the order remained marked as “UNPAID” and was not automatically recognized by the system. I had to submit a support ticket and provide both my transaction reference (CEH-728815-PMT) and TXID for manual verification.

At the moment, the issue is still pending review. The main problem seems to be delay or failure in automatic crypto payment detection rather than the blockchain transaction itself.

This caused confusion because the payment was confirmed on my side but not reflected in the order system.

Headline: Unresolved Bitcoin payment issue – Transaction #1778230978235F6Y2

I am extremely disappointed with G2G and his brave pamyent processor triple-a. I made a purchase using Bitcoin, and although the transaction has been fully confirmed on the blockchain (4+ confirmations), their system incorrectly marked the payment as "failed" due to a "link expired" error.Effectively, the company has taken my money without delivering the product. To make matters worse, I have reached out to support via email multiple times and have been ignored for days. I expect an immediate investigation into transaction #1778230978235F6Y2 and a full refund or delivery of my order. Avoid this service if you value your money. After 5 days no money , no product
