Nightmare! Need help asap changing a flight.

I recently got an email from tripmonster/travel genio saying they went bankrupt and I need to contact the airline directly in order to make any changes. I’ve called the airline several times with no luck , they keep sending me back to tripmonster which can’t help me.

I want to change my return flight. However, the ‘Change my booking’ option is unresponsive irrespective of which browser I use.
Why there is no email or phone number on the website?

Contacted the airline but they are asking me to make the changes through booking company I used.

Not, sure why your system is this complicated when it comes to changing flights as most of the reviews highlights the same problem and no action has been taken to fix it.

What should I do to change my flight?

Worst company ever never ever book trough them. They are the thieves. Then dont have any valid contact number mentioned on their websites. No email id mentioned. Dont know hot to contact them.

This is legit im already flight going to dubai and your ticket is already confirm in the airlane.

They are not very profesinal, they cancel flights before your trip, they need to close down and stop working.

I have been trying to cancel my ticket for some days now on trip monster without any success. I paid an additional service fee to be able to change the ticket date/ cancel in the future.

I would like to have my flight that leaves Canada on December 31st canceled as I am no longer able to leave on that day.

My booking ID is 2OESPY and I would like the flight to be canceled. There is no way to get into contact with tripmonster staff on the website. The customer service is horrible!

I am trying to change or cancel my ticket: Booking 22312632 but it is impossible to do so. None of the button works when we click on it and impossible to get through customer service. What is it going on?

Seventy days have passed since I made my cancellation. Supposedly, refunds have yet to be issued, and they are unreachable. My trip is impossible to access now, and I am 500 dollars down.

Fricking unbelievable. Been trying to reach them or get in contact with them for weeks, and can't get an email to get through.
It all goes around in a loop, "go to my trips" and click "additional products" but none of the buttons work.

I booked my VietJet flight to Vietnam over a month ago with TripMonster. After arriving at the airport I was told that these flights were already cancelled by the airline yet TripMonster sold it to me anyway. They are an irresponsible criminal company and a total scam. Do not ever book through them.

I tried to change the date from my flight.The link in the Mytrip webpage is not working, I sent some emails to it and Google said it is an invalid address , What should I do?

Our trip from Oslo to Costa Rica went ok, but our return seems been cancelled. We suddenly got a new e-ticket from tripmonster with only the flight from Frankfurt to Oslo. It seems like Lufthansa has cancelled the flights from San Jose to Frankfurt (via Panama). The even bigger problem is that tripmonster don’t give us any messages about what to do. Will we get tickets for new flights? It is impossible to contact tripmonster, and they do not respond any of our e-mails.

HORRRIIIBLE. No place to contact these guys. Flights change and there is no way of contacting them

Strongly recommend to not use this service if you have any alternatives.

One star for the flight itself went through. One star because you can't get lower than that.

For a booking they will never give you an actual invoice, so you never have the proof of purchase. And it's absolutely impossible to get in contact with customers services. No phone number. All messages ignored. If it were anything time critical with your flight your personal safety may be in danger as you can't get in touch with anyone.

Do not use

Bought a flight but they recorded my phone number wrong now they wont answer my emails asking for special assistance as a disabled person at the airport. They say talk to the airline but Sadi say talk to the agent however all this means I will be near collapse with no help at Heathrow and no one will listen :-(

Cancel my flight without informing and now no way to contact them. It's a fraud

Our original flight was cancelled and rebooked. But the rebooked flight does not work with all the connections. We have tried to contact the company in multiple ways to cancel or modify. Their official phone number on the attached invoice doesn't work. Their buttons of their website to call or email do not work if you click them. Responding to the original invoices don't seem to work either.

It's extremely frustrating to have absolutely no way to contact the company (I would provide a booking number here, but that's neither smart or appropriate). We will have to call our credit card company in order to even begin to sort things out.

Do not use this company. I booked tickets for my family, my tickets kept getting changed then they said airline canceled them and I’ll receive a full refund. They said refund will take 12-16 weeks, now they’re saying several months!!!! This is not a trusted or a legitimate company, you can’t contact them. They are fraudulent and will steal your money.
