The experience was okay. It took too long to get through the recording to speak with a live person. The recording kept repeating the instructions and could not answer the questions. Too many unnecessary questions before you get to the prompt to speak with a live person.

Varlene was great to work with on my issue regarding a passport update that I had previously requested from TriptoGo several weeks prior. She quickly took action and resolved my issue within a few hours! She personally contacted me over the phone to make sure I was aware of the passport update on the TriptoGo website.
