Really good, the hotel was Great and its so easy to book with tripx to get both the hotel and flights in one booking. Cheap as well!

Travelled with TripX from Billund to Malta - stayed 4 days at hotel Diplomat in Silema. We had a really good trip, TripX provided great service and everything worked perfectly on the trip. Can be recommended

Everything was so smooth and good. Nice hotel, transfer on time. Excellent hotelbreakfast etc. We went to Aiya Napa for 1 week.

Have booked trips several times through TripX - everything has been ok.

This is the 4th time I book my trip with TripX Travel. Is always easy to book, you got all information you need in the home page and the hotels always look as the picture if not better. We book only for thee weekend and everything was. Smooth, Gdansk is a beautiful city and the hotel we stay in was wonderful. The hotels location in the old town is just very helpful since you don't need to take taxi/Uber anywhere.. everything is on walking distance. I always recommend to book theirs trips with TripX, you will find good deals and everything from flight to hotel is included you don't have to worrie about anything.

Fly and hotel was good. Everything went smoothly. They sent all the information we needed on mail in good time.

A trustworthy, cheap and safe travel agency, and we are very satisfied with our experience. Will definitely book from them later on.
The only thing that came as a surprise was a “local fee” we had to pay when checking out of the hotel. We were not informed by this, but luckily it was just 70 Zloty.

Booked a flight and hotel with this company not realising they operate through Expedia. Within 24hours I realised they did not apply the hotel's" stay 4 nights pay for 3 offer" I asked to cancel the hotel or for the offer to be applied but was only offered a refund that was derisory and would still leave me considerably out of pocket. I made a very costly mistake by using this company and I do not recommend it at all. I suggest reading the very small print so at least you do not end up being as ripped off as me.
UPDATE - a reply from this company 16 months after the review was posted! Which shows how much they care about customer service. Complete lies in their response as no refund was offered at all.

Great service to low price! Helpful along the booking process as well as during the stay.

Everything worked out as it should with flight, transfer and hotel. We have no complaints. This was a good way to be able to travel without planning a lot or pay too much.

We(2) booked a flight to Malta(and back) and hotel in Malta with TripX. Everything went great, no complaints from us.

It was a lovely trip for us, nice Beach and hotel . Good transfer back and forward to the airport .
We will recommend this site to everybody :) .
