Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. They had the bike I wanted but needed to speak to them as I was using a Cycle to Work Scheme voucher. Cara was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went through correctly. The bike was delivered the following week fully assembled including fitting the bike lock I had ordered. Very friendly delivery driver whom did a final check before handing over. An he carried the bike to my house from the van so that I got it in pristine condition! Would definitely use again.

Seriously impressed with end to end experience
Seriously impressed with the sales, delivery and post-delivery care from the lovely team at Triton. I ordered a Ridley Grifn A gravel bike on the evening of the 27th Jan and was delivered by Triton's own driver / mechanic in their own specially kitted out bike carrying van on the afternoon of the 29th. The bike was in perfect ready-to-ride condition and Triton's driver was a really helpful guy. Not to mention that Triton had a brilliant deal on the bike. Would heartily recommend them to everyone. Extremely poor customer service,I purchased a cane creek stem,had no acknowledgement as to dispatch date after a week i called to be told it was not in stock and should have received an email,nope I didn't! Refund was issued and is still pending to my PayPal account as an echeque has been issued,never heard of an cheque! Still pending from the 5th of January totally unacceptable,would not use this company again,shite customer service
