They sell a lot of junk, claiming it's in good condition but it's not, especially on eBay. It's worth paying more to avoid buying from this company.
Not recommended.

In early December I bought a refurbished Microsoft Surface Pro 7 from Refurbed.com, a partner of Trixon.
Unfortunately, the Pro 7 was a nice PC but it did not meet my expectations.
So as described on the website I could return the Pro 7 within 30 days and get a full refund which I did.
And within a few days the exact amount I paid was back in my account.
So from both Trixon and Refurbed I have received a perfect service in all ways living up to the promissed.

The product I ordered came with a disfigured keys in the keyboard. I tried to replace/refund it but they said it was not their fault how the keys became disfigured and implied that I was in fault. They did not replace or refund it.

Great Company to trade with. Good communication, great products and Kevin Verhoef is an absolute gent! Keep up the good work!

First time ordering from here. So I was a bit sceptical. I can clearly state I was not disappointed. Laptop is in top condition, delivered within a few days. I was emailed continuously throughout the process along with tracking details. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a microsoft surface pro. On all pictures on Back Market were a keyboard and a pen displayed unlike on other offers where there was only the tablet displayed. Nowhere did it say they were not included but it happens they weren't. I feel totally scammed and do not recommend anyone to use Trixon services. Am disapointed and will definittley not order there again

Trixon was really supportive even when I had to return the first phone I was sent! And i got back a really good phone for the price i paid. I would recommend them any day!
