The assembly kit is wrong
In the beginning, the assembly kit is wrong. I order model K902 of exhaust manifold, but the accesory kit is for K802. After I reflected this issue to trodo, they have instantly provided an acceptable solution to make up this. That's appreciated, and I will come back again to support such a good dealer in the future.

Misleading item description
Misleading item description. An attempt was made to deceive me by placing a fake sticker on the product packaging to confuse me. Even though I clearly did not give consent to receive a replacement part number different from the one listed, my request was ignored.
Overall, a hopeless experience. Definitely smart-ass entrepreneurs with a shallow marketing background, still trapped in an outdated “Soviet-era scarcity” mentality, trying to get rich through deceptive practices.

Unreliable despatching times
Delivery times are unreliable, as in my case they did not ship by the date agreed nor proactively informed me of any delay. Customer support is often taken care by AI, and once you get to chat with a real person, my chat was quickly closed and sent back to AI without giving me a chance to reply.
